국문 초록

층간소음이 사회문제화되고 정부와 민간에서는 다양한 시도를 통하여 층간소음으로 인해 발생하는 분쟁을 해결하거나 최소화하기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 층간소음으로 인한 분쟁은 원인이 다양하여 원인에 따른 접근방법이맞춤형으로 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구는 원인에 대한 파악과 원인에 최적화된 해결방안 구축을 위한 목적에서 시작되었으며, 동일 공동주택에서의 거주민에 대한 층간소음 인식을 조사하고 문제를 파악한 후 구체적인 해결방안의 실마리를 찾고자 한다. 조사는 광주광역시 서구 소재 공동주택을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문 결과 분석을 통해 층간소음 등 다양한 주거환경 문제의 원인과 해결방안을 도출하였다. 원인으로는 주거 공간에서휴식을 하는데 피해의식이 있었으며, 대부분이 참는 방법을 택하고 있어 문제에 대한 소통이 부족함을 발견하였다. 규정과 제도에 관한 인지여부에 대해서는 약 50%의 주민들이 모르는 것으로 나타나 층간소음의 다양한 해결책에대한 홍보가 병행해야 효과를 발휘할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 특히 소음문제를 발생시키는 이웃과의 친분정도와갈등의 관계가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났으며, 이러한 결과는 친밀도 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발에도 중요한근거가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Residential noise in apartment has become a social problem, thus the government and the private sector are making efforts to resolve or minimize disputes by various attempts. Disputes due to noise between floors have lots of reasons, therefore an approach based on the event must be customized. This study aims to identify the reason, and to establish a solution optimized for the case from the survey. The survey was conducted to the residents in an apartment located in Seogu, Gwangju Metropolitan City. The reasons and solutions for the various residential environment problems such as floor impact noise were derived. As for the reasons, it was found that there was a sense of victimization while taking a break in a residential space, and most of them have chosen ‘being patient’, which announces the communication about the problem was insufficient. About 50% of the residents do not know the regulations and the systems on floor impact noise, it means that residents need to know how many kinds of solutions are there when they are faced with a particular situation. The survey result was appeared that the relationship between the intimacy with the neighbour who produces noise problem and the conflict was statistically significant, therefore this can be an important clue for developing a program to improve intimacy of residents.
