국문 초록

본 연구는 눈치와 주관적 안녕감의 관계와 이 관계에서 기본심리욕구 충족의 매개효과를 검토하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 20대 성인 370명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 기술통계 및 상관분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 눈치, 주관적 안녕감, 기본심리욕구 충족은 모두 정적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 눈치와 주관적 안녕감의 관계를 기본심리욕구 충족이 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 하위 변인 별 분석에서는 눈치 파악과 주관적 안녕감의 관계를 자율성 욕구와 관계성 욕구는 부분 매개, 유능감 욕구는 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 눈치 행동과 주관적 안녕감의 관계는 유능감 욕구와 관계성 욕구가 각각 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나, 자율성 욕구의 경우 눈치 행동과의 유의미한 관련성이 나타나지 않아 매개 효과를 검증할 수 없었다. 이러한 연구결과는 눈치가 주관적 안녕감을 증진시키는 요인이며, 이러한 과정이 기본심리욕구 충족을 통해 이루어진다는 점을 보여준다. 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 논하고 후속연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between Nunchi and subjective well-being and the mediating effects of basic psychological needs satisfaction on this relationship. The online survey was conducted for 370 adults in their 20s. Descriptive statistics were produced and correlation and regression analyses were performed to test the mediating effects using SPSS 23.0. The results were as follows. First, there were positive correlations among Nunchi, subjective well-being, and basic psychological needs satisfaction. Second, basic psychological needs satisfaction fully mediated the relationship between Nunchi and subjective well-being. Third, among the sub-factors of basic psychological needs satisfaction, autonomy and relatedness partially mediated and competence fully mediated the relationship between perception, one of the sub-factors of Nunchi, and subjective well-being. Also, competence and relatedness fully mediated the relationship between behavior, one of the sub-factors of Nunchi, and subjective well-being. In contrast, autonomy was not significantly related to identification. These results indicate that Nunchi would increase subjective well-being through basic psychological needs satisfaction. Based on the findings, implications and limitations of this study were discussed and further research were suggested.
