한국 평생교육사 관련 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 2011에서 2020년까지 국내 KCI 등재 및 등재후보 학술지에 게재된 논문을 연구대상으로 하여 한국 평생교육사에 대한 연구동향을 분석하는 것이며, 향후 평생교육 및 평생교육사 연구 수행에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제는 세 가지로 설정하였으며, 국내 학술지에 게재된 한국 평생교육사 관련 연구의 연구물 84편의 특성별, 연구주제별, 연구방법별 등에 대한 연구동향을 분석하였으며, 구체적인 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평생교육사 관련 연구물의 특성별 분석 결과, 연도별로는 전체 84편 중 2020년에 14편, 2017년 및 2018년 각 12편, 2016년 10편, 2012년 9편, 2015년 8편 등의 순이었다. 게재지별로는 평생교육학연구, 평생학습사회, Andragogy Today, HRD 연구 및 평생교육ㆍHRD 연구 등 총 39편이었으며, 주류 게재지가 아닌 학술지에 게재된 수는 45편이었다. 저자수별로는 저자수가 2명, 저자수 1명, 저자수 3명 등의 순이었다. 둘째, 연구주제별 분석 결과, 직무 및 역량, 개인특성 및 학습, 철학 및 요구, 경력 및 네트워크, 전문성, 양성 등의 순이었다. 셋째, 연구방법별 분석 결과, 양적 연구가 가장 많이 활용되었으며, 그 다음으로 문헌 연구 및 질적 연구, 통합 연구 등의 순이었다. 향후 연구에서는 연구주제의 범위를 확대한다는 차원에서 평생교육사 제도의 성과나 효과성 평가, 평생교육사 관련 다양한 정책분석 및 발전방안 탐색 등의 연구주제들이 많이 수행되어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends of lifelong education in Korea by studying academic theses published from 2011 to 2020 in journals registered with the Korean academic journal KCI along with candidates for registration to provide base material for the performance of future lifelong education and lifelong education research. To achieve such research purposes, three research problems were established and analysis was conducted on the research trends of 84 studies related to lifelong education in Korean academic journals by characteristic, research theme, and research method and detailed research conclusions were as follows. First, analysis conducted on studies related to lifelong education by characteristic showed that according to year, there was a total of 14 in 2020, 12 in 2017 and 2018 respectively, 10 in 2016, 9 in 2012, and 8 in 2015, in that order, out of a total of 84. Next, by publication paper, there were a total of 39 in Lifelong Education Research, Lifelong Learning Society, Andragogy Today, and HRD Research and Lifelong EducationㆍHRD Research and 45 were published in academic journals that are not mainstream. By number of authors, most were written by 2 authors, then 1, and then 3 in that order. Second, analysis conducted by research topic showed that theses were written on work and competence, personal characteristics and learning, philosophy and demands, experience and networks, expertise, and training, in that order. Third, analysis conducted by research method showed that quantitative study methods were used the most followed by literary methods, qualitative methods, and integrated research, in that order. In the future, continuous research must be conducted on topics such as performance and effectiveness evaluations of lifelong education systems and various policy analyses and development plan explorations related to lifelong education from dimensions of expanding research topic scopes.
