국문 초록

본 연구에서는 5ㆍ6학년군 언어기능 영역 성취기준을 중심으로, 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정의 중요도와 실행도를 ‘교사 관점’과 ‘학생 관점’에서 분석하였다. 이를 위해 경남 지역을 중심으로 현직 초등학교 6학년 담임교사 103명과 초등학교 6학년 학생120명을 대상으로 하여, 2020년 12월 16일부터 26일까지 열흘간 IPA 분석을 위한 설문 조사를 시행하였다. IPA를 활용하여 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정의 중요도와 실행도를 분석한 결과 모든 언어기능 영역에서 교사와 학생 모두 중요도가 실행도 보다 높게 나타났다. IPA 매트릭스 제 2사분면에 위치하여 현재의 수행 측면에서 개선이 요구되는 성취기준(학습 요소)은 다음과 같다. 먼저 교사 관점의 IPA 분석 결과 듣기ㆍ말하기 영역에서는 ‘토의하기(의견조정)’, 읽기 영역에서는 ‘읽기 습관 점검하며 스스로 글 찾아 읽기’로 나타났다. 그다음 학생 관점의 IPA 분석 결과 듣기 영역에서는 ‘토의하기(의견조정)’, 읽기 영역에서는 ‘요약하기(글의 구조)ㆍ읽기 습관 점검하며 스스로 글 찾아 읽기’, 쓰기 영역에서는 ‘의미 구성으로서의 쓰기’로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과는 2015 개정 국어과 교육과정 운영과 개선에 밑거름으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study analyzes importance and performance in the 2015 revised Korean language education curriculum from the teacher s viewpoint and the student s viewpoint, focusing on standards for 5-6th grader group language skills section. For this, a questionnaire survey for IPA analysis was carried out with 103 elementary school 6th-grade homeroom teachers and 120 elementary school 6th graders in the Gyeongnam region. As a result of analyzing importance and performance in the 2015 revised Korean language education curriculum by using IPA, it was found that both teachers and students showed higher importance than performance in the language skills section. Standards (learning elements) that are positioned in quadrant II of IPA matrix and require improvement in the current performance are as follows: First, as a result of analyzing IPA from the teachers viewpoint, it was found that improvement in discussion (opinion adjustment) and reviewing reading habits and finding and reading writings on one s own and was required in the domain of listening and speaking and the domain of reading, respectively. Next, as a result of analyzing IPA from the students viewpoint, it was found that improvement in discussion (opinion adjustment) in the domain of listening, summarizing (the structure of writing) and reviewing reading habits and finding and reading writings on one s own in the domain of reading, and writing as meaning construction in the domain of writing was required, respectively. These results of analysis will possibly be used as a foundation for the operation and improvement of the 2015 revised Korean language education curriculum.
