국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학생의 진로교육경험과 진로결정자기효능감 진로준비행동이 어떤 상관이 있는지와 진로교육경험과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 경기도에 소재한 A 고등학생 1학년 168명을 대상으로 2020년 11월 설문을 실시하였다. 통계적 분석은 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하고, Sobel 검정으로 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 진로교육경험, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동의 세 변인 간의 모두가 정적인 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과 고등학생의 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 진로교육경험과 진로결정자기효능감 변인들의 하위요인은 진로교육경험에서는 진로지식정보형이, 진로결정자기효능감에서는 직업정보와 미래계획이 유의하게 예측하는 변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로교육경험과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감은 완전 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 고등학생의 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해서는 진로교육경험과 진로결정자기효능감을 긍정적이고 합리적으로 사용하고 향상시킬 수 있는 진로상담 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study verified the relationship between career education experience of high school students and career decision-making self-efficiency career peparation behavior and career decision-making self-efficiency in the relationship between career education experience and career peparation behavior. The survey was conducted in November 2020 on 168 first-year A high school students based in Gyeonggi-do. Statistical analysis used SPSS 25. to conduct correlation, multiple regression analysis, and Sobel test confirmed the mediated effects. As a result of the study, first, career education experience, career decision-making self-efficiency, and career peparation behavior dong all showed static correlation. Second, the middle and high school students career education experience and career decision-making self-efficiency variables were sub-factors that significantly affected career peparation behavior, and career information and future plans were significantly predicted in career education experience. Third, it was confirmed that the career decision-making self-efficiency in the relationship between career education experience and career peparation behavior school has a full mediated effect. These findings suggest that in order to increase career peparation behavior for high school students, career counseling programs need to be developed that can positively and reasonably use and improve career education experiences and career decision-making self-efficiency.
