긍정심리미술프로그램이 발달장애근로자의 자기효능감과 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 발달장애근로자의 직업유지를 위하여 직업적응훈련프로그램개발의 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도된 연구이다. 발달장애근로자를 대상으로 실험, 통제집단 각 10명씩 주 1회 5개월간 20회기 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사 실험연구이다. Seligman(2011)의 PERMA모델을 기반으로 긍정심리미술프로그램을 개발, 적용하여 자기효능감과 직무만족도의 효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 가설 1은 ‘긍정심리미술심리프로그램을 받은 실험군은 대조군보다 자기효능감이 향상될 것이다’.는 지지되었다. 사전(M=2.73, SD=.44)과 비교하여 사후(M=3.71, SD=.31)는 향상되었고, 이러한 차이는 통계적으로 유의하였다(t=-8.51, p=.000). 가설 2는 ‘긍정심리미술심리프로그램을 받은 실험군은 대조군보다 직무만족도가 높아질 것이다’ 는 지지되었다. 사전(M=3.13, SD=.48)과 비교하여 사후(M=4.17, SD=.42)는 향상되었고, 이러한 차이는 통계적으로 유의하였다(t=-5.56, p=.000). 본 프로그램은 발달장애근로자의 자기효능감, 직무만족도에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 취업초기에 적응하여야 하는 신규 발달장애근로자의 취업적응프로그램에 적용함으로써 취업 유지를 위한 자기효능감 증진프로그램에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 더불어 미술치료중재에 긍정심리학기반의 Seligman(2011)의 PERMA모델 5단계를 적용하여 프로그램을 개발하고 발달장애근로자에게 적용하여, 자기효능감과 직무만족도의 효과를 확인하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 향후 발달장애근로자의 취업성공변인에 대한 요구를 분석하여 다양한 미술기법을 응용한 심리프로그램개발을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of vocational adaptation training programs for the maintenance of jobs for workers with developmental disabilities. This study is quasi-experimental nonequivalence control group design executed 20 times total for five months once a week, with 10 people each from the experimental group and the control group for development group. Based on the PERMA model by Seligman(2011), positive psychological art programs were developed and applied to check the effectiveness of self-efficiency and job satisfaction. In the results, Hypothesis 1 was supported that ‘the experimental group that received the positive psychological art psychology program will have better self-efficiency than the control group’. Self-efficientcy showed clear improvement after the experiments (M=2.73, SD=.44) compared to before (M=3.71, SD=.31), and these differences were statistically significant(t=-8.51, p=.000). Hypothesis 2 was supported that ‘the experimental group that received the positive psychological art psychology program will have higher job satisfaction than the control group’. Job satisfaction showed clear improvement after the experiment(M=4.17, SD=.42) compared to before (M=3.13, SD=.48) and these differences were statistically significant (t=-5.56, p=.000). This program was found to have a significant effect on the self-efficiency and job satisfaction of new workers with developmental disabilities. It is expected to help improve self-efficiency programs to maintain employment by applying them to employment adaptation programs for people with new developmental disabilities who need to adapt to the early stages of employment. In addition, the research is meaningful in that it has been developed by applying 5 stages of the PERMA model of Seligman (2011) based on positive psychology, and applied to workers with developmental disabilities to confirm the positive effects of self-efficacy and job satisfaction. Further development of psychological program is proposed to analyze the needs of successful employment variables of workers with developmental disabilities in the future and applying various art techniques.
