국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 대학교육서비스 품질 요인을 밝히려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구를 위해 지방 소재 A대학의 재학생 1,714명을 대상으로 대학교육서비스 품질에 대한 인식과 대학생활적응에 대한 자료를 수집하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 학업적응, 개인정서적응, 대학환경적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 대학교육서비스는 수업의 질과 교수자요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 사회적응에 영향을 미치는 대학교육서비스는 수업의 질, 교수자요인, 물리적환경으로 나타났다. 또한 대학생활적응 전체에 영향을 미치는 대학교육서비스는 수업의 질과 교수자요인으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 학생들의 대학생활적응을 높이기 위해서는 대학 차원에서 강의에 대한 질 관리와 교수자의 역할 강화 등 교수서비스의 관리 전략을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the educational service factors that influence college students’ adaptation to college life. For the study, data on perceived educational service quality and campus life adjustment were collected from 1,714 students at University A, using which a multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results revealed that educational services that had a significant effect on academic, personal-emotional, and environmental adjustments were verified by the ‘Quality of Instruction’ and the ‘Instructor Factor’. The educational services that affected social adjustment were identified by the ‘Quality of Instruction’, the ‘Instructor Factor’, and the ‘Physical Environment’. In addition, educational services that affected the overall campus life adjustment were analyzed by the ‘Quality of Instruction’ and the ‘Instructor Factor’. Based on the research results, suggestions to improve students’ adaptation to college life include creating a management strategy for instructional services such as quality management of instruction and reinforcing the role of instructors at the university level.
