국문 초록

이세돌과 알파고의 대국 이후 대중들은 인공지능에 관한 강렬한 인상을 받게 되었고, 이후 각종 미디어에서는 인공지능에 대한 불확실한 예측을 쏟아내기 시작했다. 2017년 이후 TV드라마에서도 인공지능을 소재한 작품들이 선보이는데, 이 글은 “개인형 홀로그램 인공지능”이 등장하는 <나 홀로 그대>를 중심으로, 인공지능과 홀로그램이 결합된 기계가 TV드라마에서 구현되는 양상을 살펴보고자 한다. <나 홀로 그대>에 등장하는 인공지능 ‘홀로’는 여타의 작품 속 인공지능과는 달리 촉각적으로 감지가 불가능한 홀로그램으로 구성되었으며, 창조자의 외형을 본떠 만들어졌다. 이때 ‘홀로’를 인간 주체와 분리되어 존재하는 또 다른 주체로 인식한다면, 도플갱어(혹은 분신) 모티프의 일종으로 ‘홀로’를 바라볼 수 있다. 낯설고 두려우면서도 친숙한 도플갱어 모티프는 주체가 객관적 이성으로 은폐했던 무의식이 수면 위로 드러나게 해준다. 아울러 <나 홀로 그대>는 디지털 생태계가 진화함에 따라, 이 시대의 자아상이 변화하는 환경에 적절한 새로운 가치를 추구해야 함을 전달한다. 대면적인 관계, 타인과의 공감의 장이 축소되고 있는 이 시대에 요구되는 인간은 신뢰를 바탕으로 형성된 ‘공감하는 인간’과 ‘자율적인 인간’이다. 우리는 공존과 공감의 영역이 줄어들고 있는 디지털 생태계 속에서 상대의 상처를 보듬고, 치유해주는 공감의 능력이 중요하게 부각되고 있음을 인지해야 한다.

영문 초록

Since the match of go between Lee Sedol and Alpha Go, artificial intelligence has been quite impressive to the public and diverse media began to uncertainly predict artificial intelligence. Since 2017, works based on artificial intelligence have been presented in TV drama. This dissertation intends to investigate the aspect where machine composed of artificial intelligence and hologram is embodied in TV drama, mainly on the basis of in which “personal hologram artificial intelligence” appears. Unlike artificial intelligence appearing in other works, artificial intelligence ‘Holro’ appearing in is composed of untactile hologram. It is made by taking the appearance of creator. If ‘Holro’ is recognized as another entity which exists, being separated from the human entity, it can be seen as a kind of doppelganger(or alter ego) motif. Being unfamiliar, dreadful & familiar, doppelganger motif makes unconsciousness concealed by entity with objective reason expose above the water surface. Further, as digital ecological system evolves, suggests that self-image in this age should pursue new value proper to changing environment. The human required in this age when interpersonal relation, forum of sympathy with the others is reduced is sympathizing human and autonomous human. We should perceive that the capability of sympathy to cure and heal the scar of the others in digital ecological system where the area of coexistence and sympathy is reducing is significantly highlighted.
