교사 직업군의 명리학적 특성 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교와 직장의 진로지도 현장에서 동양문명의 지혜와 과학이 담긴 명리학(命理學)의 직업 적성 분석방법을 활용할 수 있도록 제안하기 위하여 선행논문에서 밝힌 직업 적성에 대한 명리학적 특성들을 가설로 삼아 실증적 사례분석 결과와 부합되는지를 검증하고자 질적 분석방법으로 접근하였다. 직접 수집한 국·공립 학교 장기재직 교사 224명의 사주에 격국(格局)과 용신(用神), 십성(十星), 일간(日干), 일지(日支), 월지(月支), 음양오행(陰陽五行), 십이운성(十二運星) 이론을 적용·분석하였다. 분석 결과는 정인격(正印格), 식신격(食神格)이 우세하였고 격국용신(格局用神)으로 식상과 인성의 활용이 우세하였으며, 사주의 한난조습(寒暖燥濕)이 원국(原局)이나 대운에서 조후용신(調候用神)으로 충족되며 상생·균형·중화를 잘 이루는 구조를 갖추었으므로 명리학적 직업 특성의 분석은 격국과 용신, 십성에서 파악될 수 있다는 선행논문의 가설과 일치하는 결과를 검증하였다. 일간, 일지, 월지, 음양오행, 십이운성(十二運星) 분석에서는 특정 성분의 편중을 판단하기 어렵고 그 편차가 크지 않아서 획일적으로 적용하기에는 무리가 있으니 단순히 특정한 성분의 수적(數的) 우열(優劣)만을 가려서는 사주의 직업적성의 분석에 적용할 수 없음을 다시금 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구로 인해 명리학이 진로지도 분야에서 활용될 수 있는 이론적 체계를 갖출 수 있도록 학계의 관심을 모으고 다양한 직업군으로 연구가 확대되는데 초석이 되고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study hypothesized the psychic characteristics of vocational aptitude identified in a previous thesis to propose the use ofthe vocational aptitude analysis method of Myeongli Science, which contains the wisdom and science of Eastern civilization, in the field of career guidance in schools and workplaces. To verify whether it is consistent with the results of empirical case analysis, we useda qualitative analysis method. Based on the keys of 224 long-term teachers in national and public schools collected directly, we applied and analyzed Gyeongguk, Yongsin, Sibseong, Ilgan, Ilji, Wolji, Eum-yang-ohaeng, Sib-iunseong. The analysis found thatthe use of Jeong-ingyeog and Sigsingyeog and the use of Sigsang and Inseong were dominant as a Yongsin of Gyeongguk, and the coldness of the keys was the Wongug. As it is Johuyongsin of Daewoon Cho and has a structure that achieves a win-win, balance, and neutralization, the analysis of the characteristics of the Myeongri-based profession is consistent with the hypothesis of the previous thesis that it can be grasped in Gyeongguk, Yongshin, and Sibseong. The results were verified. In the Ilgan, Ilji, Wolji, Eum-yang-ohaeng, and Sib-iunseong, it is difficult to judge the bias of a specific component, and the deviation is not large therefore, it is impossible to apply uniformly. It was also confirmed that it was not applicable to the analysis of occupational aptitude. We hope that the study willbe a cornerstone in attracting the attention of academics so that Myeongli Science can have a theoretical system that can be used in the career guidance field and that the study will be expanded to various occupational groups.
