국문 초록

이 연구는 고등학생의 자기지향 완벽주의, 사회부과 완벽주의, 학업적 자기가치감수반성을 기반으로 몇 개의 잠재집단으로 분류되는지를 살펴보고, 각 잠재집단 간에 학업소진에서 차이가 있는지를 검증하였다. 또한 기본심리욕구(자율성, 유능성, 관계성) 만족과 성별이 각 잠재집단 분류에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 서울·대구·경북 소재 일반계 고등학교에 재학 중인 고등학생 364명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 335명의 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 잠재프로파일 분석 결과, 총 4개의 잠재집단이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이후 4개의 잠재집단을 ‘비완벽주의적 학업무관심형’, ‘학업적 완벽주의형’, ‘기능적 비학업지향형’, ‘기능적 학업지향형’으로 명명하였고, 잠재집단 간 학업소진에서 차이가 있는지를 검증한 결과, ‘학업적 완벽주의형’에서 학업소진 수준이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 각 잠재집단 분류에 기본심리욕구 만족과 성별의 영향을 검증하고자 다항로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자율성이 가장 많은 영향을 미쳤고, 관계성과 성별은 일부 집단에만 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 고등학생의 학업소진을 예방하기 위한 학업지도와 상담에 대한 함의 및 추후연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify latent classes in high school students in terms of self-oriented perfectionism, socially-prescribed perfectionism, academic contingencies of self-worth and to investigate the differences in academic burnout. In addition, current study examined whether basic psychological needs satisfaction and demographic characteristics such as gender affect the classification of the latent classes. 335 high school students in Seoul, Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do area were surveyed and analyzed. The latent classes divided participants into such 4 sub-classes as type of ‘imperfect academic-indifference’, ‘academic perfectism’, ‘functional non-academic-oriented’ and ‘functional academic-oriented’. And there were differences in academic burnout among these sub-types. Post-hoc testing showed that it was the highest level of academic burnout in ‘academic perfectism’ type. Lastly basic psychological needs satisfaction and gender influenced the classification of the latent classes. Autonomy satisfaction was found to be the most influencing factor in the classification of these classes. On the basis of the results of this study, the implications on academic guide and counseling and suggestions for further research were discussed.
