대학생의 생활스트레스와 다양성수용도가 양성평등의식에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 생활스트레스와 다양성수용도가 양성평등의식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 총 194부의 설문지를 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 생활스트레스, 다양성수용도, 양성평등의식은 모두 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 생활스트레스와 다양성수용도가 양성평등의식에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 대학생의 생활스트레스와 다양성수용도가 양성평등의식 전체변량의 35%를 설명하는 유의미한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 또한, 양성평등의식에 미치는 영향의 상대적 중요도는 생활스트레스가 다양성수용도 보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 양성평등의식 향상을 위해서는 먼저 생활스트레스 감소 및 다양성 수용도 향상이 선행되어야 함을 시사하며, 이러한 연구결과는 양성평등의식 향상을 위한 방안마련의 기초자료를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of life stress and diversity receptivity on gender equity awareness in students in a four-year university in Busan. 194 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS version 23.0. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, there were significant correlations among all the life stress, diversity receptivity and gender equity awareness of the university students. Second, as a result of analyzing how the life stress and diversity receptivity of the university students affected their gender equity awareness, life stress and diversity receptivity were identified as significant predictor variables to explain 35 percent of the total variance of gender equity awareness. As for the relative importance of the influences of the two on gender equity awareness, life stress was more important than diversity receptivity. The findings of the study suggest that in order to improve gender equity awareness, it s first required to relieve life stress and boost diversity receptivity, and this study is of significance that it provided information on how to enhance gender equity awareness.
