국문 초록

본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대 창의·인성을 향상하기 위해 융복합 온라인 수업모형을 개발하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구를 기초로 융복합 창의·인성교육에 적절한 창의·인성요소를 추출하였고 여러 분야의 전문가가 협력하여 8편의 영화를 활용한 온라인 수업모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 수업모형을 대학 교양 교과에 적용하였고 학습자의 수업 소감문 분석과 전문가의 수업모형 평가로 수업모형의 적절성을 확인하였다. 그 결과 본 연구의 수업모형은 학습자의 흥미를 유발하고 창의·인성을 향상에 도움이 되었다. 전문가 평가 결과에서도 본 수업모형은 수업계획 및 자료선정이 적절하고 온라인 수업이 전반적으로 잘 운영된 것으로 나타났다. 개발된 창의·인성교육을 위한 융복합 온라인 수업모형이 대학생의 창의·인성을 증진하고 긍정적인 효과를 유도할 수 있다는 가능성을 본 연구에서는 탐색하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a convergence online class model, to help improve creativity and personality in the post-corona era. In order to achieve this purpose, based on literature research, this study extracted the creative and personality elements appropriate for creative and personality education. Experts in various academic fields cooperated to develop an online class model using eight movies. The developed class model was preliminarily applied to university students. The appropriateness of the class model was confirmed through the analysis of both learners and experts evaluations. As a result, the overall satisfaction level of the learners was high. The class model of this study was effective in inducing the interest of various types of learners and improving their overall creativity and personality. In regard to the results of the expert evaluation, the online class was generally well operated. This study explored the possibility of a convergence online class model for the creativity and personality education efforts of university students.
