예비 초등교사의 국악교육 실습경험에 대한 질적연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 초등교사를 대상으로 교육실습 시 국악교육 전 과정을 살펴봄으로써 예비교사들의 실천적 지식과 교원양성 기관에서의 국악교육 의미와 방향을 탐색해보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경남시에 위치한 J대학의 예비교사 중 지원자 표집을 통한 5명의 연구 대상을 선정하였고 인간 실천적 경험의 의미를 찾는 방법인 내러티브 탐구를 활용하여 2019년 10월 1일부터 2019년 12월 17일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 연구는 국악교육 실습 준비단계, 국악교육 실습 시, 국악교육 실습 후로 연결되는 총체적 맥락속에서 귀납적 분석방법에 의해 자료가 분석되었으며, 연구 참여자 및 전문가 검토 등을 통해 연구의 진실성과 윤리성을 확보하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 국악교육 실습 전 경험은 ‘불확실 속 막연한 국악수업’으로 나타났으며 둘째, 국악교육 실습의 과정으로 ‘공감과 사명으로 이끈 기예적 경험’을 보여주었다. 셋째, 국악교육 실습 후 현장에서의 ‘경험을 통해 확인한 자아성찰과 성장’을 나타내었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 국악교육의 생활속의 국악, 교육과정 속 국악 범위 확장, 현장교육을 위한 국악교육 연구자들의 다양하고 폭넓은 연구 등을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the practical knowledge of prospective teachers and the meaning and direction of Gugak education in teacher training institutions by examining the entire course of Gugak education for prospective elementary school teachers. To this end, five prospective teachers at J University located in Gyeongsangnam-do were selected through the application collection and data were collected from October 1, 2019 to December 17, 2019, using Narrative Exploration, a way to find the meaning of human practical experience. The research was analyzed by inductive analysis methods in the overall context of Gugak education preparation stage, Gugak education practice, and Gugak education practice, and the integrity and ethics of the research were secured through research participants and expert reviews. According to the research results, first, the experience before the practice of Gugak education was shown as a vague Gugak class in uncertainty , and second, it showed a technical experience that led to empathy and mission as a course of Gugak education. Third, after practicing Korean traditional music education, he expressed self-reflection and growth confirmed through experience at the site. Based on these findings, it suggested Gugak in the daily life of Gugak education, the expansion of the scope of Gugak in the curriculum, and diverse and extensive research by Korean classical music education researchers for field education.
