상담전문가를 희망하는 고등학생을 대상으로 한 진로집단상담프로그램 경험에 대한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 상담전문가를 희망하는 고등학생을 대상으로 실시한 진로 집단상담 경험에 관한 탐색적 연구로, 집단상담을 통해 집단원들이 실제로 경험하는 내용을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 고등학생 9명을 대상으로 총 14회기에 걸쳐 집단상담을 진행하고, 매 회기 후 집단상담에서 느낀 점과 알게 된 점을 만족도 조사지에서 설문으로 받았다. 이 내용을 CQR-M 방식을 통해 분석한 결과 3개 영역, 18개의 범주로 구성되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 영역은 집단상담을 통한 자기이해로 4개 범주로 분석되었다. 두 번째 영역인 집단상담을 통해 상담전문가 직업에 대한 인식변화는 9개의 범주로 분석되었다. 마지막 영역은 집단상담프로그램에서의 영향 요인으로 5개의 범주로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석과정을 통해 본 연구에서는 상담전문가를 희망하는 고등학생들이 집단상담에 참가한 뒤 구성원들이 느낀 경험을 밝혀냈다. 이후 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구결과에 따른 시사점 및 연구의 한계와 후속 연구에의 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study is an exploratory study of career group counseling experiences conducted on high school students who want counseling experts, and aims to find out what group members actually experience through group counseling. To this end, nine high school students held a total of 14 rounds of collective counseling, and after each session, they received a survey from the satisfaction survey on what they felt and learned from the collective counseling. The analysis of this content using the CQR-M method resulted in three areas and 18 categories. The results of the study are as follows. The first area was analyzed into four categories due to self-understanding through collective counseling. Through the second area, collective counseling, the change in perception of counseling professions was analyzed into nine categories. The last area was analyzed into five categories as a factor of influence in group counseling programs. Through this analysis process, this study revealed the experience that high school students who wanted to become counselors felt after participating in collective counseling. Based on these results, we then discuss implications and limitations of the research and suggestions to subsequent research.
