국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 성인 애착(불안애착, 회피애착)이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 관계에서 지각된 사회적 지지의 매개효과와 심리적 안녕감의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 통해 성인애착이 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향 과정에서 사회적 지지와 심리적 안녕감이 어떤 역할을 하는지 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 방법 서울특별시에 거주하는 20대부터 40대까지의 성인 남녀로 선정하였으며, 2023년 9월 1일부터 10월 1일까지 총 30일간 Google 설문지를 활용하여 온라인으로 진행하였다. 수집된 523부의 응답 중 불성실한 응답을 제외하고 총 500부를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0, PROCESS macro 4.1 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석, 매개효과분석, 조절효과분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째 불안애착, 회피애착, 지각된 사회적 지지, 심리적 안녕감은 성인의 대인관계문제에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 사회적 지지는 불안애착 및 회피애착과 대인관계문제의 관계를 매개하였다. 셋째, 성인의 심리적 안녕감은 불안애착과 대인관계문제 간의 관계는 조절하지 못했으나, 회피애착과 대인관계문제 간의 관계는 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 성인의 불안애착과 회피애착이 대인관계문제에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 지각된 사회적 지지와 심리적 안녕감이 이러한 영향을 완화하는 역할을 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 심리적 안녕감은 불안정 애착 중 회피애착의 부정적 영향을 조절하는 반면, 불안애착의 부정적 영향은 조절하지는 않았다. 이는 대인관계 문제를 개선시키기 위해 성인애착 성향에 따라 맞춤형 상담적 접근을 해야 함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of adult attachment (anxious attachment and avoidant attachment) on interpersonal problems, and to examine the mediating effect of perceived social support and the moderating effect of psychological well-being in this relationship. Through this, the study aims to empirically identify the roles of social support and psychological well-being in the process through which adult attachment affects interpersonal problems. Methods Participants included men and women aged 20 to 40 living in Seoul, South Korea. Data were collected through an online Google survey for 30 days, from September 1 to October 1, 2023. Of the 523 responses received, 500 valid responses were included in the final analysis after excluding inconsistent or inattentive responses, such as those with uniform or random answering patterns. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro 4.1 to perform frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, mediation analysis, and moderation analysis. Results First, anxious attachment, avoidant attachment, perceived social support, and psychological well-being were found to significantly influence interpersonal problems in adults. Second, perceived social support mediated the relationships between both anxious attachment and avoidant attachment with interpersonal problems. Third, psychological well-being did not moderate the relationship between anxious attachment and interpersonal problems but did moderate the relationship between avoidant attachment and interpersonal problems. Conclusions This study highlights that anxious attachment and avoidant attachment significantly impact interpersonal problems in adults, with perceived social support and psychological well-being mitigating these effects. Specifically, perceived social support mediated the relationship between insecure attachment styles and interpersonal problems, while psychological well-being moderated the negative effects of avoidant attachment on interpersonal problems. These findings suggest that enhancing psychological well-being may be particularly beneficial for individuals with avoidant attachment tendencies.
