국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 영유아 어머니의 자기분화가 양육죄책감에 미치는 영향에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 양육죄책감 감소를 위한 프로그램 개발 근거를 마련하기 위해 실시하였다. 방법 연구대상은 전국에 있는 만 0∼72개월 자녀가 있는 영유아 어머니 352명을 대상으로 온라인을 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였고 SPSS 27.0 프로그램과 PROCESS macro v4.1을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 영유아 어머니의 자기분화와 양육죄책감은 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아 어머니의 자기분화와 양육죄책감 간의 관계에서 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략이 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자기분화가 양육죄책감에 직접적으로 영향을 미치거나 부적응적 인지적 정서조절 전략을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다. 결론 영유아 어머니의 자기분화가 낮을 때 부적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 사용할 가능성이 높아지며 이로 인해 양육죄책감이 높아질 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to find out a mediating effect of maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the relationship between mother’s self-differentiation and parenting guilty. Methods It targeted 352 mother’s of 0~72months old infants nationwide, data were collected by responding to self-report surveys through online links on personal PC or mobile devices. Results The main results are summarized as follows. First, the correlation between self-differentiation, parenting guilty and cognitive emotion regulation is as follows. The higher the self-differentiation, the lower the parenting guilty and the lower the maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Also, the higher the parenting guilty, the lower the maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Second, between self-differentiation and parenting guilty, the maladaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies had a partial mediating effect. Conclusions The significance of this study was that, first, an important factor affecting the reduction of parenting guilt was self-differentiation and maladaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Second, By paying attention to the mother’s own variables, the mother’s understanding of high parenting guilt at the counseling site was further enhanced. Through this study, I explored variables that can reduce parenting guilt and it laid foundation for the future program.
