국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 보육교사의 반성적 사고와 교사-유아상호작용이 놀이지원역량에 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 방법 광주광역시와 전라남도에 소재한 어린이집에 근무 중인 만0∼5세반 보육교사 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 355부 최정선정하였다. 수집된 질문지로는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, Cronbach’s α계수, 평균, 표준편차, 왜도 및 첨도를 구하였다. 또한 t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석 및 사후검증을 실시하였으며, Pearson의 적률상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 통하여 자료처리를 하였다. 결과 연구결과로 첫째, 연구 변인에 대한 평균과 표준편차 및 왜도, 첨도를 분석한 결과, 모두 정규성을 충족하였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 반성적 사고와 교사-유아사홍작용, 놀이지원역량 간에는 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째. 보육교사의 반성적 사고와 교사-유아상호작용이 놀이지원역량에 유의미한 영향력을 미치고 있다고 해석할 수 있다. 결론 본 연구결과를 통하여 보육교사의 반성적 사고와 교사-유아 상호작용이 놀이지원역량에 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다, 주요 변인들 간의 인과관계를 이해함으로써 보육현장에서 교사의 질 높은 놀이지원역량을 개선하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 둔다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of childcare teachers' reflective thinking and teacher-infant interaction on play support capabilities. Methods TA survey was conducted on 400 childcare teachers for children ages 0 to 5 working at daycare centers located in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do, and 355 copies were selected, excluding insincere questionnaires. The collected questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 program, and frequency, percentage, Cronbach's α coefficient, mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis were calculated. In addition, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and post hoc test were conducted, and data were processed through Pearson's product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results As a result of the study, first, as a result of analyzing the mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis of the research variables, all of them satisfied normality. Second, a positive correlation was found between childcare teachers' reflective thinking, teacher-child interaction, and play support capabilities. third. It can be interpreted that childcare teachers' reflective thinking and teacher-infant interaction have a significant influence on play support capabilities. Conclusions Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that childcare teachers' reflective thinking and teacher- child interaction have an effect on play support competency. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data to improve the quality of play support competency of teachers in childcare field by understanding the causal relationship between main variables.
