국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 분만 4기 산모와 신생아, 가족에게 적절한 간호를 제공하는 교과통합 시나리오 개발을 목적으로 한다. 방법 목표중심 시나리오 모형(GBS)을 기반으로 모성-아동 통합적 교과목을 선정하였다. 학습목표는 모성-아동 통합 교과적 특성을 고려하였으며, 학습성과를 반영하여 설정하였다. 모성-아동 간호학의 임상 현장에 적용될 수 있는 분만 4기 간호와 모유 수유 간호를 중심으로 시나리오 구성하였으며, 시나리오는 내용 타당도 검사(CVI)를 통해 전문성을 검증하였다. 결과 본 연구는 모아통합 시뮬레이션 시나리오를 체계적으로 개발하였다. 시뮬레이션 시나리오는 프리브리핑, 시나리오 구동, 디브리핑 순으로 개발하였으며, 핵심 간호술과 모유수유 이론을 포함하였다. 결론 본 연구의 시나리오는 애착을 형성할 수 있는 모유 수유 이론을 바탕으로 학생들이 이를 위해 간호를 수행할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 학생들은 근거 기반 간호를 수행할 수 있으며, 디브리핑 문항은 학생들이 앞으로 만나게 될 다양한 가족 유형에 대해 비판적으로 생각할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 또한 고가의 장비가 필요 없으므로 시뮬레이션 교육으로 활용하기 쉬울 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated simulation scenario for maternal-infant care that provides appropriate nursing care to mothers, newborns, and families in the 4th stage of delivery. Methods It was designed based on a goal-based scenario model (GBS). Scenario was organized in the order of subject selection and class operation, analysis of core nursing skills, determination of learning objectives and development scope, mission setting, cover story development and role setting, scenario operation, learner activities, and feedback. The final scenario was confirmed through a content validity test (CVI) of the scenario. Results Based on the goal-centered scenario model (GBS), the learning goals, scenario content, and scenario flow of the scenario was determined, and the scenario was developed to proceed in the order of pre-briefing, scenario operation, and debriefing. The scenario included key skills that students should actually perform and breastfeeding theory for attachment. Based on group learning, questions to be given to students and actions to be completed during pre-briefing and debriefing were presented. Lastly, a scenario flowchart was completed so that students could achieve the mission by participating in the simulation. Conclusions This study attempted to systematically develop a maternal-infant nursing curriculum-integrated simulation education model, and has the advantage of being able to be performed without expensive equipment in a safe environment on campus through simulation practice. In addition, based on the theory of breastfeeding that can form attachment, it was designed to enable students to perform nursing for this purpose. Students can perform evidence-based nursing, and the debriefing questions are designed to help students think critically about the various family types they will encounter in the future, so it will be easy to use as simulation education.
