고등학교 교사의 교사효능감, 교직만족이 ICT 활용 수업에 미치는 영향: 학습자 중심 수업 운영의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 고등학교 교사의 교사효능감과 교직만족이 학습자 중심 수업 운영을 매개로 ICT 활용 수업에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 교사의 심리적 요인인 교사효능감과 교직만족이 학습자 중심 수업 운영과 ICT 활용 수업 운영에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구는 경기도 고등학교 교사를 대상으로 경기도교육연구원에서 수집한 경기학교교육실태조사 1주기 2차년도를 활용하였다. 측정 변인은 교사효능감, 교직만족, 학습자 중심 수업 운영, ICT 활용 수업이며, 구조방정식 모델(SEM)과 Bootstrapping 기법을 사용하여 변수 간 관계를 분석하였다. 결과 분석 결과, 교사효능감과 교직만족은 ICT 활용 수업에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 학습자 중심 수업 운영을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 학습자 중심 수업 운영은 교사효능감과 ICT 활용 수업 간에 완전 매개효과를, 교직만족과 ICT 활용 수업 간에 완전 매개효과를 보였다. 결론 본 연구는 교사효능감과 교직만족이 ICT 활용 수업 운영으로 이어지기 위해 학습자 중심 수업 운영이 중요한 매개 역할을 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 이는 교사의 디지털 리터러시 향상과 학습자 중심 교수법 강화를 위한 학교 환경 및 정책적 지원의 필요성을 시사한다. 본 연구는 ICT 활용 수업 증진과 학습자 중심 교수법 활성화를 위한 실천적 제언을 제공한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of high school teachers' teacher efficacy and job satisfaction on ICT-enhanced instruction through the mediation of learner-centered instruction. Through this study, we aimed to find out how teachers' psychological factors, teacher efficacy and job satisfaction, affect learner-centered instruction and ICT-enhanced instruction. Methods The study utilized data from the second year of the first cycle of the Gyeonggi Education Status Survey, conducted by the Gyeonggi Educational Research Institute, targeting high school teachers in Gyeonggi Province. The measured variables included teacher efficacy, job satisfaction, learner-centered teaching practices, and ICT-integrated instruction. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and bootstrapping techniques were employed to analyze the relationships between variables. Results The analysis revealed that teacher efficacy and job satisfaction did not directly influence ICT-integrated instruction but had an indirect effect mediated by learner-centered teaching practices. Specifically, learner-centered teaching practices exhibited a full mediating effect on the relationship between teacher efficacy and ICT-integrated instruction, as well as between job satisfaction and ICT-integrated instruction. Conclusions This study confirms that learner-centered teaching practices play a critical mediating role in translating teacher efficacy and job satisfaction into ICT-integrated instruction. These findings highlight the need for school environments and policy support to enhance teachers’ digital literacy and promote learner-centered pedagogy. The study provides practical recommendations for improving ICT-integrated instruction and fostering learner-centered teaching practices.
