국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 ARCS모형을 적용한 온라인 기반 여성건강간호학 수업이 간호대학생의 학습동기, 자기주도적 학습 준비도 및 학업적 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 규명하여 향후 간호교육의 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 방법 U시 소재의 간호대학생 138명을 대상으로 ARCS 모형을 적용한 온라인 기반 여성건강간호학 수업 전, 후 학습동기, 자기주도적학습 준비도 및 학업적 자기효능감을 조사한 단일군 사전 사후 설계의 유사 실험연구이다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적 특성은 기술통계로, 종속변수는 Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과, ARCS 모형을 적용한 온라인 기반 수업 후 학습동기 (t=-6.87, p<.001), 자기주도학습 준비도 (t=-5.42, p<.001) 와 학업적 자기효능감 (t=-6.78, p<.001)이 사전사후 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 통해 ARCS 모형을 적용한 온라인 기반 여성건강간호학 수업이 간호대학생의 학습동기, 자기주도학습 준비도와 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시키는데 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 ARCS 모형을 활용한 온라인 기반 수업은 간호대학생의 전공이론 교과목의 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 교수학습전략이 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was tried to provide basic data for future nursing education by identifying the effects of nursing student's learning motivation, self-directed learning readiness, academic self-efficacy in online-based class with the ARCS model. Methods In order to achieve this study was designed quasi-experimental study with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of this study were collected using an online questionnaire for two-year nursing students located in U city, and 138 students participated in the final. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired t-test with the IBM SPSS 22.0 program. Results The results of this study showed that learning motivation (t=-6.87, p<.001), self-directed learning readiness (t=-5.42, p<.001) and academic self-efficacy (t=-6.78, p<.001) increased statistically significantly after the online-based women's health nursing class with the ARCS model. Conclusions Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that online-based women’s health nursing class with the ARCS model was effective in improving the learning motivation, self-directed learning readiness and academic self-efficacy of nursing students. Therefore, online-based class with the ARCS model can be learning strategy that can improve that learning effect of nursing student’s major theory subject.
