대학 원격수업 인증지표 개발 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학이 원격수업의 질 관리를 위해 인증제를 시행했을 때, 타당성이 확보된 인증지표를 개발하여 원격수업 질 관리기본 틀을 확립하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 선행연구와 문헌분석을 통해 핵심요소와 평가 준거, 확인요소를 도출해 4개의 인증기준과 10개의 하위기준으로초기 인증지표를 개발하였다. 개발된 초기 인증지표는 교수설계, 교육과정, 교육 질 관리 경험이 있는 전문가를 대상으로 인증지표에 대한 델파이 조사를 2회 실시하였다. 1차 델파이 조사 후 타당도 점수가 낮은 인증기준은 문항별 전문가 의견을 통해 내용을 수정, 보완하였다. 또한, 인증지표가 복잡하다는 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 인증지표 평가요소를 설계 및 개발과 수업운영 2개로 선정하였고, 각 요소별 평가 영역, 하위영역, 확인요소, 평가 준거들을 수정 및 보완하였다. 2차 델파이 조사 후 타당도 점수가 낮은 인증기준은 문항 별 전문가 의견을 통해 내용을 수정, 보완하였다. 결과 2번의 델파이 조사 후 도출된 문항들을 최종 인증지표로 결정하였다. 최종 인증지표는 2개의 평가요소와 7개의 평가 영역, 11개의 하위영역을 구성하였다. 최종 인증지표의 평가요소는 설계 및 개발과 수업운영으로 구성되었고 평가 영역은 강의자료, 교수전략, 영상, 학습활동 제시, 평가, 피드백, 계획 일치로 구성되었으며 하위영역은 학습목표 제시, 학습자료, 저작권 표기, 교수전략, 영상 퀄리티, 수업참여 및 상호작용 방법 제시, 평가항목 제시, 과제 및 평가 적절성, 학습자 관리, 학습활동 피드백, 계획 일치로구성되었다. 결론 기존 인증지표에서 대학 원격수업의 특성에 맞춰 인증지표를 개발했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 원격수업의 질 관리를위해 인증제도 도입을 고려하고 있는 대학에 기준점을 제공하여 대학에 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to establish a basic framework for online education quality management by developing certification indicators that have secured validity when universities implement a certification system to manage the quality of online education. Methods To this end, through prior research and literature analysis, key elements, evaluation criteria, and confirmation factors were derived, and the initial certification index was developed with 4 certification criteria and 10 sub-criteria. As for the developed initial certification index, two Delphi surveys were conducted on the certification index for experts with experience in instructional design, curriculum, and educational quality management. After the first Delphi survey, the contents of the certification criteria with low validity scores were revised and supplemented through expert opinions for each item. In addition, by reflecting the opinions of experts that the certification index seems complex, the evaluation elements of the certification index were selected into two categories: design and development, and class operation, and the evaluation areas, sub-areas, confirmation factors, and evaluation criteria for each element were modified and supplemented. After the second Delphi survey, the contents of the certification criteria with low validity scores were revised and supplemented through expert opinions for each item. Results After two Delphi surveys, the derived question items were determined by the final certification index data. The final certification index consisted of 2 evaluation elements, 7 evaluation areas and 11 sub-areas. The evaluation elements of the final certification index consisted of design, development, and instructional management, and the evaluation area consisted of lecture materials, teaching strategies, videos, presentation of learning activities, evaluation, feedback, and plan coincidence. The sub-areas consisted of presentation of learning objectives, learning materials, copyright notation, teaching strategies, video quality, class participation and interaction methods, presentation of evaluation items, task and evaluation appropriateness, learner management, learning activity feedback, and plan coincidence. Conclusions It is significant in that it has developed certification indicators according to the characteristics of university online classes from existing certification indicators, and it is expected to provide a reference point to universities considering introducing a certification system to manage the quality of online classes in the future.
