노인 대상 노래중심 음악치료의 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 2000년에서 2021년도에 발행된 국내 학술지의 노인 대상 노래중심 음악치료의 연구 동향을 노인 대상 노래중심음악치료 중재와 관련된 국내 학술지의 연구 정보, 연구 참여자의 특성, 음악 치료의 중재 관련 특성과 노래 관련 특성으로 분류하여분석하였다. 방법 1차 선별 단계에서 2000년 1월에서 2021년 9월에 발행된 논문 156편을 선별하였다. 그 중, 학술지와 학위논문으로 중복으로 검색된 논문 6편을 제외하였다. 논문별로 연구 참여자를 꼼꼼히 확인하여 노인 대상 연구가 아닌 논문 40편을 추출하였으며, 노래중심 음악치료 중재가 아닌 논문 86편을 추가로 제거하였다. 마지막으로 등재지 혹은 등재후보지가 아닌 국내 학술지 논문 3편을추가로 제외하여 최종적으로 총 21편의 논문이 분석에 투입되었다. 결과 노인 대상 노래중심 음악치료 문헌 중 양적 연구가 20편(95.24%), 질적 연구가 1편(4.76%)이었으며, 연구 참여자의 특성과관련된 분류는 장애 대상 논문이 12편(57.14%), 비장애 대상 논문이 8편(38.10%), 장애에 대한 정보가 보고되지 않은 논문이 1편(4.76%)이었다. 연구의 중재 관련 특성과 관련하여 음악치료만을 사용한 연구가 15편(71.43%), 음악치료 외의 기타 치료나 활동을 결합한 연구가 6편으로(28.57%) 나타났다. 노인 대상 노래중심 음악치료의 중재 장소는 병원이 5건(27.74%), 요양원이 4건(17.37%)으로 가장 많았다. 음악치료사가 직접 치료 세션을 중재한 연구는 14편(66.67%)이었고, 음악치료사 외 개인이 중재한논문이 2편(9.52%), 중재자에 대한 보고가 나타나지 않는 논문이 5편(23.81%)이었다. 음악치료사가 중재한 연구는 대부분 회기별 음악치료 프로그램에 대한 설명과 치료적 논거가 있었다. 반대로 회기별 프로그램이나 치료적 논거에 대한 정보가 부족한 연구물도 있었다. 마지막으로 동향 파악에서 사용된 노래의 장르는 총 10개로 분석하여 제시되었다. 결론 이 연구를 통해 파악된 노인 대상 노래중심 음악치료 연구 동향 분석이 추후 노인 대상 노래중심 음악치료 연구의 방향성과임상 현장에서의 실제적인 적용에 도움을 줄 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study analyzed research trends of research information in domestic academic journals related to song-centered music therapy interventions for the elderly, characteristics of study participants, intervention-related characteristics of music therapy, and song-related characteristics. in domestic academic journals published from 2000 to 2021. Methods The literature selected for study went through the following process. Among the 156 papers found in the first screening stage, 6 duplicated papers were excluded. After checking the specific information about the participant, 40 papers that were not studies on the elderly were extracted, and 86 papers in which singing was not a major music therapy intervention factor were removed. Finally, a total of 21 papers were put into the analysis, excluding three papers in domestic journals that were not registered papers. Results As a result, there were 20 quantitative studies (95.24%) and 1 qualitative study (4.76%) among the literature on song-centered music therapy for the elderly. As for the classification related to the characteristics of the research participants, 12 papers (57.14%) were for the disabled group, 8 papers (38.10%) were for the non-disabled group and 1 Others(4.76%). Regarding the intervention-related characteristics of the study, 15 studies (71.43%) used only music therapy and there were 6 studies (28.57%) that combined other treatments or activities other than music therapy. In addition, the place of intervention of singing-centered music therapy for the elderly was the most frequent, with 5 cases(27.74%) in hospitals and 4 cases(17.37%) in nursing homes. There were 14 studies in which music therapists directly mediated therapy sessions(66.67%) and two theses (9.52%) were mediated by individuals other than music therapists. Besides, there were 5 papers (23.81%) that did not report on the moderator. Most of the studies implemented by music therapists had descriptions and therapeutic rationales for session-by-session music therapy programs. On the other hand, some studies lacked information on session programs or therapeutic rationales. Finally, a total of 10 genres of songs used in research trend identification were presented. Conclusions It is hoped that the tendency of song-centered music therapy research identified through this study will help the direction of future research on song-centered music therapy for the elderly and its practical application in the clinical field.
