대학생의 리더육성 장학사업의 만족도 및 성과, 자기주도 학습 태도와 대학생활 적응 간의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생의 리더육성 장학사업의 만족도 및 성과, 자기주도 학습 태도와 대학생활 적응 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는데목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위해 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 대학생 리더육성 장학사업에 참여한 684명을 연구대상으로 분석하였다. 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석으로 연구 변인들의 타당화를 검증하였고, 구조적 관계는 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 결과 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 대학생활 적응을 중심으로 리더육성 장학사업 만족도와 하위영역(대학희망장학 참여경험 만족도, 삼성꿈장학재단 만족도), 자기주도 학습 태도와 하위영역(학습인식, 자기주도력, 시간관리, 도움구하기), 성과와 하위영역(성향태도, 대학생활, 시험불안_역)과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 측정모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 리더육성 장학사업의 만족도는 대학생활 적응에 직접적으로 영향을 주진 않지만, ‘리더육성 장학사업 만족도→자기주도 학습 태도→리더육성 장학사업 성과→대학생활 적응’의 경로로 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 완전매개하고 있었다. 결론 이러한 연구결과는 대학생의 리더육성 장학사업이 자기주도 학습 태도를 이끌어 긍정적인 성과를 가능하게 하여 궁극적으로대학생활 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 밝혀낸 것이다. 이에 본 사업의 효과성을 더욱 기하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 코로나19 이후 대학생에게 필요한 역량을 중심으로 활동 프로그램과 환류체제를 제안하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to find out the structural relationship between the satisfaction and performance of university students' scholarship program for leadership development, self-directed learning attitudes, and university life adaptation. Methods For this, 684 people who participated in the university students’ scholarship program for leadership development were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 25.0. The validity of the research variables was verified through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and the structural relationship was analyzed with a structural equation. Results The main findings are as follows. First, focusing on the university life adaptation, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the satisfaction of scholarship program for leadership development and the sub-areas(University Hope Scholarship participation satisfaction, Samsung Dream Scholarship Foundation satisfaction), self-directed learning attitude and sub-areas(learning awareness, self directedness, time management, asking for help), performance and sub-areas(tendency attitude, university life, exam anxiety_reverse). The second measurement model was found to be suitable. The satisfaction of scholarship program for leadership development did not directly affect university life adaptation, but it completely mediated by influencing indirectly the path of “satisfaction of scholarship program for leadership development → self-directed learning attitude → performance of scholarship program for leadership development → university life adaptation.” Conclusions These findings ultimately revealed the influence of university students’ scholarship program for leadership development affecting university life adaptation by leading self-directed learning attitude and enabling the positive results. Therefore, I would like to suggest a way to further improve the effectiveness of this program. In addition, I would like to propose an activity program and educational recirculation system focusing on the competency necessary for university students after COVID-19.
