대학생의 온라인 수업만족도 및 학습성과 영향 요인 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생들의 온라인 수업 구조요인과 과정요인이 성과요인(온라인 수업만족도, 학습성과)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 경상북도 소재 대학생 3,260명을 대상으로 온라인 수업의 구조요인과 과정요인이 성과요인에 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위하여 Pearson 상관계수를 산출하였으며, 구조요인(효과적인 수업전략, 온라인 시스템 구조화)과 과정요인(자기주도학습, 유의미학습, 학업동기)이 성과요인(온라인 수업만족도, 학습성과: 지식 및 기술 습득, 미디어 역량, 비판적⋅분석적 사고력, 문제해결력)에 미치는 차별적 영향력을 탐색하기 위하여 각 모형의 중다회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 결과 구조요인 및 과정요인은 온라인 수업만족도 총변화량의 55%를 설명하였다. 구조요인 및 과정요인이 학습성과에 미치는 영향의 경우 각각 전공⋅직업 관련 지식 및 기술 습득 총변화량의 40%, 미디어 역량 총변화량의 19%, 비판적⋅분석적 사고력 총변화량의 33%, 문제해결력 총변화량의 35%를 설명하였다. 결론 연구 결과를 토대로 논의와 후속 연구를 제안하였으며, 온라인 수업의 만족도와 학습성과에 영향을 주는 요인을 탐색하여 향후 대학의 온라인 수업의 질 제고를 위한 실증적인 정보를 제공하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to examine the differential effects of college students' online class structure factors and process factors on on outcome factors(online class satisfaction, learning outcomes). Methods For the above purpose, the data of D university collected through 2021 Korea-National Survey of Student Engagement(K-NSSE) was used. Structure factors and process factors were independent variables, and the effects on outcome factors(online class satisfaction, learning outcomes) were analyzed using multiple regression models. Results Structural and process factors explained 55% of the total change in online class satisfaction. In the case of the effect of structural factors and process factors on learning outcomes, 40% of the total change in knowledge and skills related to major and job, 19% of the total change in media competency, 33% of the total change in critical and analytic thinking skills, and total change in problem-solving competency. Conclusions Based on the results of the study, the improvement directions were discussed and further studies were suggested. And this study was to provide empirical information to improve the quality of online classes in universities in the future by exploring factors that affect online class satisfaction and learning outcomes.
