국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 OECD 학습 나침반 2030에서 제시하는 미래 교육의 방향과 학생들이 함양해야 하는 역량을 고려하여 진로수업 또는 자유학기제에 적용될 수 있는 청소년 대상 기업가정신 교육 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 방법 프로그램 기획 및 설계를 위해 첫째, OECD 학습 나침반 2030, 기업가정신, 기업가정신 교육, 디자인 씽킹, 린 스타트업, 비즈니스 모델, 학습자 중심 교육, 자기조절학습에 관한 선행연구를 고찰하여 프로그램 개발에 대한 이론적 근거를 마련하였다. 둘째, 기존 청소년 교육 프로그램의 내용을 중심으로 사례를 분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 셋째, 이를 바탕으로 교육 프로그램의 방향과 목적, 프로세스, 주요 내용, 효과성 검증 방법을 제시하였다. 결과 청소년이라는 대상에 적합한 기업가정신 교육을 위한 프로그램의 방향을 도출하였으며, 프로그램의 목적과 ‘발견하기’, ‘상상하기’, ‘행동하기’, ‘성찰하기’의 프로그램 프로세스를 제시하였고, 프로그램 주요 내용과 효과성 평가 계획을 구체적으로 논하였다. 결론 본 연구는 학교 현장에서 진로교육 차원에서 적용할 수 있는 청소년 기업가정신 프로그램을 개발하였다. 창업에 초점을 맞춰진 기존의 청소년 기업가정신 교육 프로그램의 한계를 극복하고, 다양한 맥락에서 적용될 수 있는 기업가적 방법을 강조하였으며, 청소년이 지녀야 하는 역량을 제시한 OECD 학습 나침반 2030에 기반을 두고 있기 때문에 역량 함양을 강조하는 2022 개정교육과정과도 방향이 일치할 것이라고 여겨진다. 하지만 본 연구는 기획 및 설계에 초점이 맞춰져 있는 한계를 지니기 때문에 현장 적용 및 평가를 통한 프로그램의 타당성 확보가 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to develop an entrepreneurship education program for teenagers that can be applied to career classes or free semester system, taking into account the direction of future education and the competencies students should cultivate presented by the OECD Learning Compass 2030. Methods For program planning and design, first, the theoretical basis for program development was prepared by considering previous studies on OECD learning compass 2030, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, Design thinking, Lean Startup, business model, learner-centered education, and self-regulated learning. Second, implications were derived by analyzing cases focusing on the contents of the existing youth education program. Third, based on this, the direction, purpose, process, main contents, and effectiveness verification method of the educational program were presented. Results The direction of the program for entrepreneurship education suitable for teenagers was derived, and the program's purpose and program processes such as ‘discover’, ‘imagine’, ‘act’, and ‘reflect’ were presented, and the program's main contents and effectiveness evaluation plan were discussed in detail. Conclusions This study developed a youth entrepreneurship program that can be applied in terms of career education in the school field. It is believed to be in line with the 2022 revised curriculum, which emphasizes competency development because it is based on the OECD Learning Compass 2030, which overcomes the limitations of the existing youth entrepreneurship education program focused on startups, emphasizes entrepreneurship in various contexts. However, since this study has limitations that focus on planning and design, it is required to secure the validity of the program through field application and evaluation.
