국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 청소년의 내현적 자기애와 스마트폰 중독의 관계에서 침습적 반추와 의도적 반추의 다중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 전국의 청소년을 대상으로 온/ 오프라인 방식으로 설문을 실시하여 457명을 수집하였다. 연구모형의 정규성 분포는 첨도와 왜도를 통해 확인하였고, 상관관계분석을 통해 변인들의 관계를 확인하였다. SPSS 18.0와 PROCESS macro for SPSS version 4.1의 병렬다중매개 모형 검증방법(model 4)을 사용하여 침습적 반추와 의도적 반추의 다중매개효과를 분석하였다 결과 첫째, 내현적 자기애가 스마트폰 중독에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 매개변인인 침습적 반추와 의도적 반추의 다중매개효과 검증 결과 침습적 반추는 내현적 자기애와 스마트폰 중독 간 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나 의도적 반추는 청소년의 내현적 자기애와 스마트폰 중독 간의 관계를 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이를 바탕으로 청소년의 스마트폰 중독을 예방하며 대책을 수립하고 개입하는데 있어서 기본 자료들을 제공하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to verify Mutiple mediating effect of intrusive rumination, and deliberate rumination in the relationship between covert narcissism and smartphone addiction in adolescents. Methods To this end, 457 people were collected by conducting online/offline surveys targeting youths across the country. The normality distribution of the research model was confirmed through kurtosis and skewness, and the relationship between variables was confirmed through correlation analysis. Mutiple mediating effects of intrusive rumination and deliberate rumination were analyzed using the parallel multimodal mediator model (model 4) of SPSS 18.0 and PROCESS macro for SPSS version 4.1 Results First, It was found that covert narcissism had a significant effect on smartphone addiction. Second, In this study, as a result of verifying the multi-mediating effect of intrusive rumination and deliberate rumination, which are mediating variables, intrusive rumination was found to mediate the relationship between covert narcissism and smartphone addiction, but deliberate rumination did not mediate the relationship between covert narcissism and smartphone addiction in adolescents. Conclusions Based on this, we tried to provide basic data to prevent youth's smartphone addiction, establish countermeasures, and intervene.
