기술변화에 따른 산림 분야 종사자가 인식하는 일자리 및 업무변화

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 제4차 산업혁명의 기술변화에 따라 산림 분야 종사자가 인식하는 일자리 및 업무변화 정도를 알아보고자 수행되었다. 방법 선행연구인 박상현(2017)이 사용한 조사도구의 일부를 활용하여 산림조합 훈련원 및 산림조합 연수원의 교육생으로 참여한 산림 분야 종사자 1,127명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 325부를 분석에 활용하였다. 결과 산림 분야 종사자가 인식하는 기술변화에 의한 산림 분야 일자리 변화 정도로 평균 2.94로 나타나 3점(변화 없음)보다 약간 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 향후 산림 분야 종사자의 업무변화에 대해 평균 2.84 정도 인식하여 2점(업무가 다소 변화)보다는 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 결론 산림 분야 종사자들은 향후 미래의 기술변화가 산림 분야에 어느 정도 영향을 미칠 것이며, 기술변화에 의해 산림 분야 일자리가 감소할 것이고, 업무변화도 일어날 것으로 인식하였다. 대다수의 응답자는 업무변화의 시기는 향후 4-5년 정도 이후이며, 업무의 50% 정도는 대체될 것으로 인식하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing eforestry workers' perceptions of changes in Jobs and duties according to the technological change Methods A part of the survey used by Park(2017) was used, and 1,127 trainees of the Forestry Cooperative Training Center and Forestry Cooperative Training Center were surveyed, and data of 325 workers were used for analysis. Results The average job change in the forest sector due to technological change perceived by forestry workers was 2.94, which was slightly lower than 3 points (no change). The average level of recognition of changes in the duties of forestry workers in the future was about 2.84, which was lower than 3 (duties will change) and higher than 2 (duties will change slightly). Conclusions Forestry workers recognized that technological change that will occur in the future will affect the forest sector to some extent, and that the number of jobs in the forest sector will decrease due to technological change, and that changes in duties will also occur. On the other hand, the majority of respondents perceived that the period of change of duties are about 4-5 years after, and that about 50% of duties will be replaced.
