대학생의 자아정체감과 자기결정성이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생의 자아정체감, 자기결정성이 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위하여 전국 7개 4년제 대학 재학 중인 대학생 575명을 대상으로 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 자아정체감의 규범지향, 혼돈/회피지향 유형은 진로정체감과 부적 상관관계가 나타났고, 정보지향은 상관관계가 없었다. 자기결정성의 자율성, 유능성, 관계성 모두 진로정체감과 정적 상관관계를 나타났다. 정보지향과 자율성, 유능성, 관계성 모두 정적 상관관계를 나타났다. 규범지향과 자율성은 부적 상관, 유능성과 관계성은 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 혼돈/회피지향과 자율성, 유능성, 관계성은 모두 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 자아정체감과 자기결정성이 각각 진로정체감에 미치는 영향은 11.1%와 25.6%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 자아정체감의 정보지향과 혼돈/회피지향 유형이 진로정체감에 부적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났고, 자기결정성의 자율성과 유능성이 진로정체감에 정적 영향을 미친 것을 알 수 있다. 자아정체감에 영향을 먼저 확인하고 자기결정성을 추가로 투입했을 때 전체 설명력이 29.3%로 증가하였고, 설명력의 변화량이 18.7%가 증가한 것을 통해 자기결정성의 설명력이 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 연구의 의의, 제한점과 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of ego identity and self-determination on career identity of colleges students. Methods The subjects in this study were 575 colleges students in South Korea. Descriptive statistics analysis and correlation analysis were done to examine the major variables, and hierarchical regression analyses were carried out to examine the influence of ego identity and self-determination to career identity. Results The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, according to the analysis of the correlation in ego identity and career identity, norm-oriented and diffuse/avoidance-oriented identity showed negative correlation. The correlation in self-determination and career identity, autonomy, competence, relatedness all showed positive correlation. Second, to affect of the ego identity and self-determination on the career identity, each was 11.1% and 25.6%. Third, Between the variables’ affects, the information-oriented and diffuse/avoidance-oriented identity, autonomy and competence had significant effects on career identity. And autonomy and competence showed more important positive effects. Self-determination showed the 18.7% on the change of . Conclusions TBased on this results, the implications and the direction for future research were discussed.
