초등학교 역사 수업 개선을 위한 역사 교육 자료 개발 동향 분석

국문 초록

목적 본고는 역사 교육의 수업 질 제고를 위해 다양한 교육 자료들을 수업에 적용할 수 있도록 지금까지 개발된 역사 교육 자료 개발의 동향을 소개하고 분석함으로써 역사 교육 자료의 저변을 넓힘과 동시에 앞으로의 역사 교육 자료 개발의 방향성을 제언하기 위해 수행되었다. 방법 이를 위하여 본 연구는 전문적으로 공인된 전국 교육자료전 사회 분과 역사 영역 교육 자료의 2006~2020 기간에 개발된 1, 2등급 자료를 전수 조사하여 내용 및 구성을 소개하고 각 연도를 중심으로 한 횡단적 분석, 2006~2010, 2010~2015, 2015~2020의 세 시기를 중심으로 한 종단적인 분석을 수행하여 그 특징과 동향을 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2006~2020년에 이르는 교육자료 69건을 전수 조사하고 그 내용과 구성을 소개하여 교사들로 하여금 본인의 수업에 적용할 수업적 아이디어를 제공하였다. 둘째, 횡단적 연구를 통해 각 연도의 교육자료 내용 및 구성적 특징을 제시하였다. 셋째, 종단적 연구를 통해 내용적으로는 인물사, 문화사, 생활사, 역사 이해 중심의 내용 이해를 전제로 한 자료들이 주로 개발되었음을 밝혔으며 그 대안을 제시하였다. 위의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 구성적으로 조작 자료 중심에서 IT, 웹 기술 중심으로 변화되었으며 그 양상은 2기와 3기의 기술적 진보 양상이 과거를 재구성하는 목적에서 수업 및 교육 현장의 측면을 재편하려는 측면으로 진화되었음을 밝혔다. 결론 본고에서는 이를 바탕으로 역사 교육자료의 내용 확장성, 조작 자료의 중요성, IT 기술의 적극적 수용, 개발되는 자료들의 융합 이라는 4가지 교육자료 개발의 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This paper broadens the base of historical education materials and develops future history education materials by introducing and analyzing trends in the development of historical education materials that have been developed so far so that various education materials can be applied to classes in order to improve the teaching quality of history education. Methods It was conducted to suggest the direction of This study investigated the contents and composition of the first and second grade data of the history area education materials of the social department of the National Education Materials Exhibition, which are professionally recognized, and analyzed the characteristics and trends by performing a cross-sectional and longitudinal analysis. Results The results of this study are as follows. First, a total of 69 educational materials from 2006 to 2020 were surveyed, and the contents and composition were introduced to provide teachers with instructional ideas to apply to their own classes. Second, through a cross-sectional study, the contents and compositional features of educational materials for each year were presented. Third, through a longitudinal study, it was revealed that, in terms of content, materials premised on understanding the contents of people s history, cultural history, life history, and history were mainly developed, and an alternative was suggested. Constitutively, it was changed from manipulation data centered to IT and web technologies, and the aspect of the technological progress in the 2nd and 3rd periods has evolved from the purpose of reorganizing the past to the aspect of reorganizing the aspects of the classroom and education field. Conclusions Based on this, this paper proposes the development of four educational materials: expandability of contents of historical educational materials, importance of manipulation materials, active acceptance of IT technology, and convergence of developed materials.
