국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생을 대상으로 초기부적응도식과 스마트폰 중독 사이에서 사회부과 완벽주의와 수치심의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 대학생 335명의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초기부적응도식, 사회부과 완벽주의, 수치심, 스마트폰 중독으로 설정한 경로들이 유의하였다. 둘째, 초기부적응도식은 수치심을 매개하여 스마트폰 중독 수준을 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 초기부적응도식은 스마트폰 중독에 직접적인 영향도 미치며, 사회부과 완벽주의와 수치심을 순차적으로 매개하여 스마트폰 중독 수준을 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 결론 이상의 연구 결과를 통해 대학생의 스마트폰 중독의 치료를 위한 개입에서 초기부적응도식의 중요성을 밝혔으며, 사회부과 완벽주의와 수치심이 중요한 단서가 될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 끝으로 본 연구에 대한 제한점과 후속연구에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, we wanted to confirm the mediating effect of socially prescribed perfectionism and shame between early maladaptive schemas and smartphone addiction in college students. Methods To this end, data from 335 college students were analyzed using technical statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and structural equation models using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results As a result of the analysis, First, the pathways set by early maladaptive schemas, socially prescribed perfectionism, shame, and smartphone addiction were significant. Second, it has been confirmed that early maladaptive schemas increases the smartphone addiction by mediating shame Finally, it has been confirmed that early maladaptive schemas has a direct impact on the smartphone addiction and increases the smartphone addiction by mediating socially prescribed perfectionism and shame sequentially. Conclusions The above findings reveal the importance of early maladaptive schemas in interventions for the treatment of smartphone addiction in college students, and confirm that socially prescribed perfectionism and shame can be important clues. Finally, the limitations of this study and subsequent studies are discussed.
