음악전공생의 학업관련요인과 건강관련요인이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 음악전공생의 삶의 만족도 정도를 확인하고, 학업관련요인과 건강관련요인이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 방법 본 연구는 구조화된 온라인 설문지를 이용한 서술적 조사연구로, 전남 및 광주광역시 소재 종합대학에 재학중인 음악전공생 150명을 대상으로 학업관련요인(연주불안과 연주자신감)과 건강관련요인(건강책임, 신체활동, 영양, 영적 성장, 대인관계, 스트레스 관리로 구성된 건강증진행위) 및 삶의 만족도를 조사하였고 삶의 만족도의 영향요인은 위계적 다중 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과 연구 대상자의 평균 연령은 23.47세였고 여학생이 79.3%를 차지하였다. 삶의 만족도는 20.35±6.29점이었으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 삶의 만족도는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 삶의 만족도는 학업관련요인 중 연주자신감과 각 건강관련요인과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다(all ps<.001). 음악전공생의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연주자신감(b=.28, p=.0130)과 영적 성장(b=6.17, p<.001), 대인관계(b=1.56, p=.044), 스트레스관리(b=2.50, p=.008)로 나타났으며, 이는 58.5%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 결론 음대생의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 학업관련요인과 건강관련요인에 대한 지속적인 관심과 체계적인 관리가 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose this study the degree of life satisfaction of music students was examined, and the effects of academic and health-related factors on life satisfaction were investigated. Methods This study is a descriptive research study using a structured online questionnaire. Academic-related factors (music performance anxiety and performance confidence) and health-related factors (health responsibility, physical Activity, nutrition, spiritual growth, interpersonal relations and stress management) and life satisfaction were investigated, and the factors affecting life satisfaction were analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results The average age of the study subjects was 23.47 years, and female students accounted for 79.3%. Life satisfaction was 20.35±6.29 points, and there was no significant difference in life satisfaction according to general characteristics. Life satisfaction showed a significant positive correlation with performance confidence and each health-related factors among academic-related factors (all ps<.001). Factors affecting the life satisfaction of music students were performance confidence (b=.28, p=.0130), spiritual growth (b=6.17, p<.001), and interpersonal relations (b=1.56, p=.044), stress management (b=2.50, p=.008), which showed an explanatory power of 58.5%. Conclusions In order to improve the life satisfaction of music students, continuous attention and systematic management of academic and health-related factors are required.
