청소년의 유년기무효화환경과 정서조절곤란의 관계에 부정적자동적사고와 사회인지적 마음챙김의 매개된 조절효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 하여 유년기무효화환경과 부정적자동적사고로 인한 청소년의 정서조절곤란에 미치는 사회인지적 마음챙김의 조절효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 방법 본 연구의 대상자는 전국 중⋅고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년을 대상으로 온라인설문을 통해 회수된 500부의 자료를 연구에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료를 먼저 기본 통계분석을 하고, SPSS 22.0 프로그램과 Process Macro 프로그램을 활용하여 위계적 회귀분석과 PROCESS Macro 부트스트랩 검증을 시행하여 연구 문제를 분석하였다. 결과 청소년의 유년기무효화환경과 정서조절곤란 간에 부정적자동적사고의 매개 효과와 사회인지적 마음챙김의 조절을 확인함으로써 유년기무효화환경이 정서조절곤란에 미치는 부정적 영향을 부정적자동적사고와 사회인지적 마음챙김이 증가 및 감소시킬 수 있는지 알아보기 위해 경험적으로 이 과정을 검증 하였다. 분석 결과를 보면, 청소년의 유년기무효화환경이 정서조절곤란을 높이는 과정에서 부정적자동적사고가 있으면 정서조절곤란을 더욱 증가시키지만, 그 과정에 사회인지적 마음챙김이 있으면 정서조절곤란이 감소함이 확인되었다. 결론 연구 결과를 바탕으로 결과를 논의하고, 청소년 교육 현장 적용방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effect of social-cognitive mindfulness on adolescents emotional regulation difficulties due to the nullifying environment and negative automatic thinking in adolescents. To this end, by confirming the mediating effect of negative automatic thinking and the regulation of social-cognitive mindfulness between childhood nullification environment and emotional regulation difficulties in adolescents, negative automatic thinking and social cognitive mindfulness increase And it was tried to verify this process empirically to see if it can be reduced. Methods For the subject of this study, 500 copies of data collected through an online survey were used for the study of adolescents enrolled in middle and high schools nationwide. The collected data were first subjected to basic statistical analysis, followed by hierarchical regression analysis and process macro bootstrap verification using the SPSS 22.0 program and the PROCESS Macro program to analyze the research problem. Results This process was empirically verified to see if negative automatic thinking and social cognitive mind control can increase or decrease negative automatic thinking and social cognitive mind control by checking the mediating effect of negative automatic thinking and emotional control difficulties of adolescents. According to the analysis, the childhood invalidation environment of adolescents further increases emotional control difficulties if there is negative automatic thinking in the process of increasing emotional control difficulties, but social cognitive mindfulness reduces emotional control difficulties. Conclusions Based on the results of the study, the results were discussed and suggestions for application to the field of youth education were suggested.
