온라인 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력과 가족건강성이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 온라인 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력, 가족건강성 및 학습만족도의 상관관계를 알아보고, 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 실시되었다. 방법 2020년 11월부터 12월까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 자료 분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자기주도학습능력, 가족건강성, 학습만족도 간의 상관관계는 Pearson’s correlation coefficients로, 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 위계적 다중회귀 분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 간호대학생들의 자기주도학습능력과 가족건강성은 학습만족도와 양의 상관관계(r=.568, p<.001, r=.378, p<.001)가 있었고, 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 학교생활만족도, 온라인 교육효과, 건강상태, 생활수준, 자기주도학습능력, 가족건강성은 학습만족도를 43.1% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 온라인 학습환경에서 간호대학생들의 학습만족도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 자기주도학습능력과 가족건강성을 키워야 할 것이며, 이를 위한 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 시행 및 뒷받침이 있어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between self-directed learning ability, family strength and learning satisfaction of nursing students and investigate the factors influencing learning satisfaction in online education. Methods From November to December in 2020, the survey was conducted on 194 nursing students from C province, J university. Data was analyzed based on Pearson’s correlations, and hierarchical regressions using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results Self-directed learning ability, perceived family strength, and learning satisfaction in nursing students all showed significant positive correlations with one another. Satisfaction for major studies, satisfaction for school life, effectiveness of online education, health status, standard of living, self-directed learning ability, perceived family strength, accounted for 43.1% of the total variance in learning satisfaction among nursing students. Conclusions Overall learning satisfaction can be improved by self-directed learning abilities, perceived family strength enhancement program.
