국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 스트레스, 수면의 질 정도, 주관적 치주질환 과의 관계를 확인하며, 그들과 주관적 치주질환에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명함으로써 간호대학생의 주관적 치주질환을 예방 및 관리하기 위한 중재프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구대상은 B광역시에 위치한 일개 대학에 재학 중인 간호학생 176명을 대상으로 최종 분석하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집 기간은 2020년 5월 26일부터 6월 05일까지였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS WIN/22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과에서 일반적 특성에 따른 스트레스는 대인관계 만족도에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 수면의 질 정도는 구강질환에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 주관적 치주질환은 흡연, 정기적 구강검진에서 유의한 차이를 확인하였다. 변수간의 상관관계에서 주관적 치주질환은 스트레스와 양적 상관관계, 수면의 질 정도와는 부적 상관관계를 확인하였다. 주관적 치주질환의 영향요인은 흡연, 정기적 구강검진, 스트레스, 수면의 질 정도에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 나타냈고, 가장 주요한 예측요인은 흡연으로 확인하였다.

영문 초록

To identify effects of stress and quality of sleep on subjective periodontal disease of nursing students. The researcher collected from the subjects, 176 of nursing students at college in B, who agree to the collection of data, by explaining them about the objective and procedure of this study. The data collection period for this study was from May 26 to June 05, 2020. Data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN/22.0. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. There was a statistically significant difference on stress on the general characteristics of the subjects for interpersonal relationship satisfaction. There was a statistically significant difference on quality of sleep on the general characteristics of the subjects for oral disease. There was a statistically significant difference on subjective periodontal disease on the general characteristics of the subjects for smoking conditions, regular oral check-ups. An analysis on the correlation among the subjects variables exhibited that the subjective periodontal disease has positive correlations with stress. An analysis on the correlation among the subjects variables exhibited that the subjective periodontal disease has negative correlations with quality of sleep. There was of the level of significance has been high in smoking conditions and influential factors with 23.9% of explanatory power.
