간호 대학생의 공감능력, 돌봄 효능감, 스트레스대처가 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감능력, 돌봄 효능감, 스트레스 대처, 임상수행능력의 관계와 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 임상수행 능력을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 B광역시에 소재한 1개 대학의 간호학과 학생 3, 4학년 중 연구의 목적과 절차를 이해하고 설문지 작성에 동의한 131명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 7월 10일부터 2020년 9월 4일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA로 분석 후 Scheffé test로 사후검증 하였고, 상관관계는 Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient로 분석하였고, 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 대상자의 공감능력은 평균 3.43±.37점, 돌봄 효능감은 평균 4.13±.64점, 스트레스대처능력은 3.39±.39점, 임상능력은 3.72±.57점으로 나타났다. 대상자의 임상수행능력은 공감능력, 돌봄효능감, 스트레스 대처와 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 돌봄효능감, 실습만족도, 학업성취도, 학년 순이며, 이들 변수의 임상수행능력에 대한 설명력은 44.4%였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 간호 대학생을 대상으로 임상수행능력과 관련된 다양한 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 연구가 요구되고, 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study was to identify the relationship between nursing students empathy, caring efficacy, stress coping, Clinical Competence, and factors influencing Clinical Competence. The subjects of this study were 131 of the 3rd and 4th grade nursing students at one college located in B metropolitan city who understood the purpose and procedure of the study and agreed to fill out the questionnaire. The data collection period was from July 10, 2020 to September 4, 2020. The data were analyzed by technical statistics, t-test, and ANOVA, Pearson s Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/Win 21.0. program As a result of this study, the subjects empathy averaged 3.43±.37 points, caring efficacy averaged 4.13±.64 points, stress coping 3.39±.39 points, and clinical competence 3.72±.57 points. The subject s clinical competence was found to have a significant positive correlation with empathy, caring efficacy, and stress coping. Factors affecting clinical competence were in the order of caring efficacy, satisfaction with practice, academic achievement, and grade. The explanatory power of these variables for clinical competence was 44.4%. Through the results of this study, research is required to identify various influencing factors related to clinical competence for nursing college students, and development of a program that can improve the clinical competence of nursing college students is required.
