일개 간호대학생의 임상실습 중 경험하는 무례함과 간호전문직관의 관계에서 극복력과 전공만족도의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생이 임상실습 중 경험하는 무례함과 간호전문직관의 관계에서 극복력과 전공만족도의 매개효과를 규명하여 간호대학생의 올바른 간호전문직관 형성을 위한 프로그램 중재 개발 전략의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 G시에 소재한 일개 간호대학교 재학생 중 임상실습을 경험 한 3·4학년을 대상으로 2018년 10월에 설문을 실시하였고 235부를 분석에 이용하였다. SPSS 20.0 Win program과 AMOS 23.0 program을 사용하여 요인들 간의 직·간접효과, 총효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 무례감, 극복력, 전공만족도는 간호전문직관에 직접효과가 있었으며, 무례함과 간호전문직관의 관계에서 극복력과 전공만족도는 간호전문직관에 간접적인 영향을 미쳐 부분매개효과가 있었다. 극복력은 전공만족도와 간호전문직관에 직접효과가 있었으며, 극복력과 간호전문직관의 관계에서 전공만족도는 간접적인 영향을 미쳐 부분매개효과가 있었다. 각 경로간의 특정간접효과를 팬텀변수로 표현하여 분석한 결과 각 경로별 간접효과 크기의 차이는 비숫하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생이 임상실습 중 무례함을 경험했을 경우 극복력과 전공만족도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 간호 교육 중재 개발의 필요성이 대두되며 이에 대한 기초자료를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of resilience and major satisfaction in the relationship between experience of incivility in clinical practice settings and nursing professionalism in nursing students. In addition, this study aims to provide basic data for strategies to develop program intervention for nursing students’ correct formation of nursing professionalism. The questionnaire survey was conducted with junior and senior students in one nursing university located in G City who experienced clinical practice in October, 2018. Finally, 235 questionnaires were used for analysis. Using SPSS 20.0 Win program and AMOS 23.0 program, the significance of direct and indirect effects between factors and total effects were tested. Incivility, resilience, and major satisfaction had a direct effect on nursing professionalism. Resilience and major satisfaction had an indirect effect on nursing professionalism in the relationship between incivility and nursing professionalism, suggesting a partial mediating effect. Resilience had a direct effect on major satisfaction and nursing professionalism. Major satisfaction had an indirect effect in the relationship between resilience and nursing professionalism, suggesting a partial mediating effect. Specific indirect effects between paths were expressed as phantom variables and analyzed. Based on the findings, it is necessary to develop nursing education intervention to improve resilience and major satisfaction when nursing students experience incivility in nursing practice settings. This study suggests basic data for this.
