국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생의 자기주도성이 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 대학생의 자기주도성과 진로탄력성에 관련된 선행 연구를 고찰하고, 전국의 대학생을 임의로 표집 하여 315명을 대상으로 2020년 7월 13일부터 7월 18일까지 자기주도성과 진로탄력성 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 하위변인 간 관련성과 영향력을 분석하기 위해 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 자기주도성과 진로탄력성의 하위변인 모두에서 정적상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 세부적으로 살펴보면, 자기주도성의 하위변인인 목표지향성과 자기확신은 진로탄력성의 하위요인인 성취열망, 진로자립, 변화대처에, 독창성과 책임감은 변화대처에, 독립성은 자기신뢰, 성취열망, 진로자립에, 개방성은 관계활용에, 도전정신은 진로탄력성의 모든 변인에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과는 자기주도성이 대학생의 자기신뢰를 바탕으로 한 진로자립과 변화하는 직업 환경에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 변화대처에 영향을 준다는 것을 말해준다. 또한 이들이 직업 세계에 진출한 후에도 기업 내에서 성취열망과 관계활용을 통한 조직적응에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보여준다. 이 연구는 대학생의 자기주도성이 이들의 진로탄력성에 영향을 미친다는 점을 검증함으로써 향후, 대학생을 대상으로 한 진로 프로그램, 특히 진로탄력성 증진을 위한 다양한 노력에 자기주도성 강화가 필요한 요소임을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was to examine the effects of proactive personality on career resilience for university students. To this end, questionnaires were distributed to 315 students. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to analysis the relationship between sub-variables. In addition, a multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the effect of proactive personality on career resilience. Goal orientation and self-confidence as a proactive personality affected desire accomplishment, career self-reliant and cope with change. and originality and responsibility affected cope with change. also, independency affected self-confidence, desire accomplishment, career self-reliant. end, openness affected utilize one’s relationship and change spirit affected all the variable. This study proved empirically that proactive personality of students affected career resilience. and for graduates, proactive personality is significant not only in overcoming difficulties they face while preparing for employment, but also in they can enhance their adaptability in the companies and organizations even after entering the world of jobs in the future. In addition, regarding career preparation for graduates, the treatment career resilience can be applied as a development direction to the development of programs that enhance proactive personality of students.
