간호대학생의 응급간호 시뮬레이션 실습에 대한 사후토의 경험

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 응급간호 시뮬레이션 사후토의 경험을 파악하는 것이다. 연구대상은 응급간호 시뮬레이션 실습에 대한 사후토의 후 제출된 보고서 64부이며, 2015년 5월과 2017년 5월에 제출된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석 기간은 2020년 8월 8일부터 11월 3일까지이며, 제출된 사후토의 기록지를 이용하여 질적내용분석방법을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 학생들은 사후토의를 통해 기술단계에서 심혈관기능장애와 호흡기능장애를 중요한 간호문제로 인식하였고, 분석단계에서 CPR과 제세동 수행, 응급상황의 대상자 사정, 약물투여와 의사보고 등에 대한 수행경험을 분석하였고, 가장 만족한 점은 팀워크 유지, 가장 아쉬운 점은 간호술기 수행의 부족이라고 생각하였다. 적용단계에서는 ACLS 알고리듬 수행과 응급환자 사정, 팀워크 등을 재적용할 부분으로 생각하여 향후 유사한 상황에서 수행을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 확인하였다. 중요하게 배우고 느낀 점은 팀워크와 의사소통과 응급상황의 대처, 간호수행에 대한 성찰을 보고하였다. 학생들의 사후토의 경험을 구체적으로 확인해 보므로써 시뮬레이션 교육에서 달성하고자 한 학습목표를 효율적으로 달성하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 제출된 기록물의 내용만을 분석하였으므로 기록에 남아있지 않는 내용들을 심층적으로 파악되지 못한 제한점이 있다. 추후 연구에서는 학생들의 시뮬레이션 실습에서의 실제적인 인식과 경험을 파악하기 위해 심층면담을 통한 질적연구 시도할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the debriefing experiences of nursing college students after the emergency nursing simulation. For this aim, the subject is 64 documents of submitted records after performance test on emergency nursing simulation practice in May 2015 and May 2017. Data analysis was analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Major findings were as follows; At the description stage, nursing students recognized cardiovascular dysfunction and respiratory dysfunction as significant nursing problems. At the analysis stage, the learners analyzed their experience in performing CPR and defibrillation, evaluating subjects in emergencies situations, administering drugs, and reporting to doctors. Moreover, maintaining teamwork was considered the most satisfactory point, however, lack of nursing skills was considered the most regrettable point. Students considered performing the ACLS algorithm, emergency patient assessment, and teamwork at the application stage to be reapplied in the future in a similar situation. The important thing learned and felt were teamwork and communication, coping with emergencies, and reflection on nursing practice. This study has a limitation in that the contents that were not in the records could not be analyzed in-depth science the study was analyzed only contents of the submitted documents. Future studies must attempt a qualitative study using in-depth interview to understand students’ actual perceptions and experiences in simulation practice.
