예비보육교사의 실습갈등에 영향미치는 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육실습을 마친 예비보육교사들을 대상으로 실습기관의 특성, 어린이집 사전경험과 자기효능감이 실습에서 경험하는 갈등에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구대상은 수도권에 위치한 2개 대학의 보육실습을 마친 110명의 대학생이었으며, 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 일원분산분석, Pearson의 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실습기관 유형에 따라 실습생 자신, 지도교사, 기관과의 갈등에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 어린이집 사전경험 특성에 따라 보육실습시 자신과의 갈등에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 보육실습시 자신과의 갈등은 예비보육교사의 자기효능감과 어린이집 사전경험이 유의하게 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 보육실습에서 지도교사와의 갈등과 실습기관과의 갈등은 실습기관 유형만이 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 영유아와의 갈등은 자기효능감만이 유의하게 영향을 미쳤다. 결론적으로 예비보육교사의 자기효능감과 어린이집 사전경험, 그리고 실습기관 유형이 보육실습에서 경험하는 갈등의 정도와 관련이 있었다. 보육실습생들의 실습갈등을 줄이기 위해 자기효능감 강화 프로그램 및 실습 이전에 봉사나 사전실습의 현장 경험을 제공하는 교육 체제 마련의 필요성이 제기되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the influences of features of practicum institution, childcare experiences prior to practicum, and self-efficacy of preservice childcare teachers on conflicts of childcare practicum. To achieve this study purpose, questionnaires were used targeting 110 preservice childcare teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The results of this study were as follows. First, the preservice teachers who practiced at the national daycare centers displayed significantly higher score than those who at the employer-supported daycare canters in conflict with self, lead teacher, and institution. Also, the preservice teachers who did not pre-experiences at the childcare center displayed a significantly higher score than those who did childcare experiences at the same age class in conflict with self. Second, self-efficacy and childcare experiences prior to practicum of preservice teachers had negative influence on the conflict with self, and self-efficacy of preservice teachers had negative effect on conflict with children. Also, the type of practicum institution had significantly effect on the conflict with lead teacher and institution. Therefore, it is necessary for the childcare educational institutions to develop the self-efficacy enhancing programs and the system of managing childcare experiences prior to practicum so that the preservice teachers can reduce practicum conflicts.
