진로미결정 대학생들의 내적 인식 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 진로미결정 대학생들이 내적으로 인식하고 있는 진로미결정의 의미와 진로결정을 어렵게 하는 요인, 진로결정을 위해 할 수 있는 것이 무엇인지 탐색하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 자발적 참여의사를 가진 진로 미결정 대학생 10명(남6명, 여4명)을 선정하였다. 연구방법은 포토보이스를 적용하여 1회기의 사전작업과 3회기의 집단상담 형식의 포토보이스로 진행되었다. 자료처리는 선택(selecting), 맥락화(conceptualizing), 범주화(codifying)의 3단계로 분석 진행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로미결정의 의미는 5범주, 9주제( ‘이정표 없이 헤매는 불안함’, ‘밑 빠진 독에 물 붓기’, ‘고여 있는 물’, ‘나를 만나는 시간’, ‘열린 가능성’)로, 둘째, 진로결정을 어렵게 하는 요인은 4 범주, 11주제( ‘현실적 고려’, ‘불확실성’, ‘낮은 자존감’, ‘자신에 대한 부정적 태도’)로. 셋째, 진로결정을 위해 할 수 있는 것은 무엇인가는 3범주, 8주제(‘적극적인 나의 이해’, ‘꾸준한 노력’ ‘나를 돌보기’)로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 진로미결정 상태에 대한 주관적 인식의 이해와, 진로결정을 돕는 방안으로 진로지도자는 진로미결정에 대한 인식의 전환이 필요하며, 대학생들의 시선을 통한 실천적 방법을 도출했다는 것과 대학생의 진로 결정을 돕는 상담 프로그램 구성에 필요한 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning of career undecided, the factors that make it difficult for career undecided college students, and what can be done for career decision-making. The subjects of this study were 10 undecided college students (6 males and 4 females) who were willing to participate voluntarily. The research method was carried out with photo voices in the form of pre-work for the first session and group counseling for the third session. Data processing was analyzed in three stages: selecting, conceptualizing, and codifying. As a result of this, first, the meaning of undecided career is 5 categories, 9 topics ( anxiety wandering without a milestone , pour water into the bottomless poison , still water , time to meet me , open possibility ) Second, factors that make career decision difficult are 4 categories, 11 topics ( realistic consideration , uncertainty , low self-esteem , negative attitude toward self ). Third, what can be done to decide on a career path appeared in 3 categories and 8 topics (“active understanding of me”, “constant effort” and “caring for me”). These results show that the understanding of the subjective perception of the undecided state of career and a way to help career decision-making, the career leaders need to change their perception of the undecided career, and that a practical method was derived through the eyes of college students, and that the career decision of college students. It is judged that it can be used as basic data necessary for constructing a helping counseling program.
