야외 레저스포츠인으로서 스쿠버다이버 되어가기에 대한 질적연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 자연으로 나가려는 인간들의 욕구에 야외 레저스포츠의 실제 참가자들의 선택과 갈등 교육 내에서의 참가의 실체를 규명하고, 그 속성들을 파악하고 내제적 가치 체계나 신념체계를 깊이 있게 ‘있는 그대로’ 파악하여 심층적으로 이해하고 구명하였다. 2016년 4월 18일 부터 9월26일까지 연구참여자 8명을 스쿠버다이빙을 함께하며 참여관찰 및 심층면담을 진행하였다. 구체적으로 말해서, 스쿠버다이버들이 야외 레저스포츠 활동에 참가함으로써 변해가는 내적인 변화가 무엇인가를 살펴 보았고, 야외 레저스포츠 활동의 현장에는 어떻게 교육이 이루어지는가를 밝히고 여가시대의 삶의 질을 추구하는데, 결과는 다음과 같다. 복잡한 일상생활을 잠시나마 떠나 스쿠버다이빙을 통해 바다 속의 신비로움을 경험하며, 휴식과 여가를 즐기는 것을 몸에 체득하며, 여가를 통하여 삶의 질 향상을 몸으로 익히며 배우는 것으로 해석되었다. 교육적 의의는 스쿠버다이버들은 바다 속에서 다이빙을 해냈다는 성취감을 경험하고, 여타 스포츠를 통하여 체험하기 힘든 제3의 신비한 세계를 경험한 황홀감을 익히며, 신체적 어려움을 극복하고 이겨낸 자기성취감과 자부심이 고취되었다. 또한, 사회성의 대인관계에 있어서의 긍정적인이고 적극적인 태도가 강하게 형성되는 교육적 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the actual participants of outdoor leisure sports and the reality of participation in conflict education, to grasp their attributes and to deepen the internal value system or belief system And understood it in depth and survived. From April 18, 2016 to September 26, 2016, 8 research participants participated in scuba diving and participated in observation and in-depth interviews. Specifically, I looked at what internal changes are changing as scuba divers participate in outdoor leisure sports activities. The purpose of this study is to clarify the phenomenon of outdoor leisure sports activities and to understand the educational meaning of outdoor leisure sports in order to pursue the quality of life in leisure time. You can leave the complex everyday for a while to experience the mysteries of the sea through scuba diving, Having a body to enjoy rest and leisure, It was interpreted as learning to learn and improve the quality of life through leisure. Educational significance is that scuba divers experience a sense of accomplishment that they have dived in the sea, experience the ecstasy of experiencing a third mysterious world that is difficult to experience through other sports, and have achieved self-fulfillment and self-esteem that overcame and overcome physical difficulties. Also, There is an educational significance in which a positive and positive attitude is formed strongly in the interpersonal relationship of sociality.
