국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 취업스트레스가 우울과 자살사고에 미치는 영향에 대한 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 부산광역시에 소재한 D 대학교, K 대학교 학생 483명을 대상으로 취업스트레스, 우울, 사회적 지지, 자살사고 검사를 실시하였다. 대학생 취업스트레스, 우울, 사회적 지지, 자살사고의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 대학생 취업스트레스, 우울, 자살사고의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 Baron과 Kenny의 매개분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생 취업스트레스와 우울, 사회적 지지, 자살사고는 유의미한 상관을 나타내었다. 둘째, 대학생 취업스트레스는 사회적 지지를 매개로 우울을 감소시키는 중요한 변인으로 확인하였다. 셋째, 대학생 취업스트레스는 사회적 지지를 매개로 자살사고를 감소시키는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 대학생 취업스트레스가 높을수록 우울을 높이고 자살사고에 더 많은 영향을 주며, 사회적 지지가 높을수록 대학생 취업스트레스가 감소하고 우울과 자살사고 감소에 영향을 주기 때문에 사회적 지지 개입의 중요성을 시사하고 있다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to research mediating effects of social support on depression and suicidal ideation influenced by job-seeking stress. Established research problems as follows : in order to achieve the purpose of research studies. First, what is correlation of a university student social support, job-seeking stress and depression, suicidal ideation? Second, is there mediation effects of social support in the relation of a university student job-seeking stress and suicidal ideation? Third, is there mediation effects of social support in the relation of a university student job-seeking stress and depression? To verify research problems statistical processing includes correlation analysis and mediation analysis of Baron&Kenny. The conclusions through research results are as follows. First, there is a significant correlation among a university student social support, job-seeking stress and depression, suicidal ideation. Second, a university student job-seeking is a important factor to reduce depression by mediating social support. Third, a university student job-seeking stress is clearly an important factor to reduce the suicidal ideation by a mediating social support. These results show the higher job-seeking stress leads to the higher depression and influences more suicidal ideation. And the higher social support reduces a university student job-seeking stress and influences less depression and less suicidal ideation. These concludes show importance of social support intervention.
