국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 초등도덕과의 지도역량을 평가하는 임용시험의 출제 경향과 문항을 분석하고 개선과제를 모색하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 초등도덕과 임용시험의 출제 내용 및 범위 설정의 문제를 검토한 다음, 최근 10년간(2007년~2016년)의 초등도덕과의 출제 경향 및 문항을 양적, 질적 측면에서 분석하였다. 그리고 그 분석된 결과를 근거로 하여 문항 개선의 과제 및 문항 개발의 방향을 제언하였다. 초등도덕과의 임용문항 개선을 위한 과제 및 방향은 다음과 같다. 첫째는 초등도덕과의 출제 내용 및 범위에 대한 검토가 필요하며, 둘째는 초등도덕과 문항의 질적차원을 고려할 때 2차, 3차 사고를 요하는 문항 또는 종합적 사고를 요하는 문항의 출제가 필요하다. 셋째는 특정 영역 및 내용에 편중되지 않는 고른 출제 문항의 개발이 필요하며, 넷째는 도덕과교육과의 관련에 비추어 도덕교육의 이론에 대한 안목을 평가할 수 있는 발전적인 문항의 개발이 필요하다. 다섯째는 초등도덕과의 문항의 타당성 확보를 위한 노력이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the tendency and questions of elementary school teacher recruitment examination focus on moral subject items and to search for improvement tasks. To carry out this tasks, this study searched for the problem of setting of contents and scope in moral subject items and analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by concentrating on the questions of the past 10 years. Based on the results of the analysis, this study suggested the directions for the improvement and development of the questions in the moral subject items. The results are as follows. Firstly, it is necessary to revise contents and scope of the questions in moral subject items. Secondly, considering the qualitative level of the items, it is necessary to develop the questions that require secondary, tertiary, and comprehensive thinking. Thirdly, it is necessary to develop the items which are not concentrated on specific domain and content. Fourthly, it is necessary to develop the evolutional items that can evaluate the view of the theory of moral education in light of the relation of moral subject education. Fifthly, it is necessary to make efforts to secure the validity of the questions in moral subject items.
