초등 고학년 학습부진 아동을 위한 음악치료 적용 학습동기 증진 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 고학년 학습부진 아동의 학습동기 증진을 목적으로 음악치료를 적용한 학습동기 증진 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 프로그램 개발과정은 김창대(2011)의 개발 모형에 따라 1단계 목표 수립, 2단계, 프로그램 내용 구성, 3단계, 예비프로그램 실시, 4단계, 프로그램 완성의 단계를 거쳤다. 개발된 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 학습부진 아동이면서 학습동기가 낮은 16명을 선발하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 8명씩 배정하고, 2016년 3월 28일부터 4월 27일까지 실험집단에 본 프로그램을 일주일에 2회, 40분씩, 10회 실시하였다. 측정도구로 김아영(2002)의 학업동기검사를 사용하여 각 집단 사전, 사후 검사를 하고 분산분석으로 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 본 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 학습동기와 학습동기 하위 요인인 학업적 자기효능감과 학업적 실패내성이 통제집단보다 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 논의와 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to develop a learning motivation program based on music therapy in order to increase learning motives of high-grade underachievers in elementary school. Program development process was composed of four development steps according to the development model by Changdae Kim(2011). The 1st step is establishment of goal. The 2nd step is organization of contents of the program The 3rd step is complimentation of a pilot program. The 4th step is completion of the program. In order to verify effectiveness of the developed program, 16 students with underachievement and low motivation were selected, 8 students were assigned to the experimental group and 8 students were assigned to the control group, and this program was implemented for the experimental group for 40 minutes twice a week from Mar 28 to Apr 27, 2016. A pretest and a posttest were carried out using learning motivation test by Ayeong Kim(2002) as a measuring instrument and effectiveness was analyzed using ANOVA. As a result of this study, learning motive, learning efficacy and learning failure tolerance as subordinate elements of experimental group showed significantly higher level than those of control group. Some suggestions were proposed based on the results of this study for discussions and following studies.
