발레무용수의 월경이상에 따른 성호르몬과 생화학적 골표지자의 상관분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 발레무용수의 월경이상에 따라 성호르몬과 생화학적 골표지자를 비교하고 어떠한 관련성이 있는지 규명하여 발레무용수의 건강증진과 효율적인 무용수행능력 향상에 도움이 되는 과학적 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 월경력에 대해 질문지와 개별면담을 통해 최종 43명을 선정하여 정상 월경군과 이상 월경군(희발월경과 무월경)으로 분류하였다. 성호르몬은 에스트라디올 (estradiol; E2), 황체형성호르몬(leuteinizing hormone; LH), 난포자극호르몬(follicular stimulating hormone; FSH), 프로게스테론(progesterone; PRG)이며, 생화학적 골표지자는 오스테오칼신(Osteocalcin; OC), 데옥시피리디노린(deoxypyridinoline; DPD), 칼슘(calcium; Ca), 인(phosphorus; P)이다. 월경이상 유무에 따라 성호르몬과 생화학적 골표지자의 비교는 독립 t-test를 상관성분석은 Pearson s Correlation Coefficient로 구하였다. 유의수준은 0.05로 설정하였다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 월경이상 유무에 따른 성호르몬과 생화학적 골표지자의 비교 분석 결과 E2(p=.001), PRG(p=.013) 그리고 Ca(p=.024)에서 이상월경집단이 정상월경집단보다 통계적으로 유의하게 낮음을 보였다. 2. 월경이상 유무에 따른 성호르몬과 생화학적 골표지자의 상관분석 결과 정상월경집단은 E2는 LH(p<.001)와 FSH(p<.05)에서 정(+)의 상관을 보였으며, LH는 FSH(p<.001)와 정(+)의 상관을 보였다. 이상월경집단은 E2는 Ca(p<.05)와 정(+)의 상관을 보였으며, FSH는 PRG(p<.05)와 부(-)의 상관을 보였고, DPD는 P(p<.01)와 부(-)의 상관을 보였다.

영문 초록

This study consists of 43 subjects, the female professional ballet dancers and ballet major college students with menstruation disorders. The subjects were divided into two groups : normal menstruation(n=27) and abnormal menstruation(n=16). A study of their effects was conducted on sex hormones(estradiol; E2, leuteinizing hormone; LH, follicular stimulating hormone; FSH, progesterone; PRG) and biochemical bone turnover markers(osteocalcin; OC, deoxypyrdinoline; DPD, Ca, P). The investigated results of sex hormones and biochemical bone turnover markers were a followed; Sex hormones and biochemical bone turnover markers were the abnormal mensurational groups showed significantly lower E2, PRG and Ca than the normal mensurational group. The normal mensuration group showed a positive relationship among E2 and LH, FSH, and between LH and FSH. The abnormal mensuration group showed a positive relationship between E2 and Ca however a negative relationship between FSH and PRG, DPD and P. The menstrual disorder was not directly and over dance training affected by sex hormones and biochemical bone turnover markers. And E2 and Ca as important predictors might affect the menstrual disorder. Therefore, the findings might be affected on dance activities for ballet dancers.
