유아 성 행동에 대한 유치원 경력 교사의 인식, 경험과 요구 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 3년 이상의 경력 교사들의 유아 성 행동에 대한 인식, 경험, 요구를 살펴봄으로써 성 행동(문제)의 관리⋅대응지침의 적용 실태를 파악하고, 보다 효과적인 운영을 위한 방안 모색 및 실제적인 성 행동 교사교육의 기초 자료로서 활용되고자 한다. 방법 유아 성 행동에 대한 유아 경력 교사의 인식 및 경험과 요구를 알아보기 위하여 경기도 ‘유치원 1급 정교사 자격 연수’에 참여한 교사 153명을 대상으로 2024년 1월 2일부터 총 10일간 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문은 5개의 영역으로 구분된 총 25문항으로 구성되었으며, 설문결과는 SPSS 25를 활용하여 빈도와 백분율을 산출하고 중복 문항의 경우 응답 빈도에 따른 순위를 산출하여 결과를 분석하였다. 결과 유아 성 행동(문제)와 대응 및 지도 관련 교사 인식의 주요 결과를 살펴보면 유아의 성 행동(문제)를 얼마나 알고 있는지에 대해 교사는 보통 수준이라고 가장 많이 답변(45%)하였으며, 유아의 성 행동을 자연스러운 행동으로 생각한다는(54%) 답변이 가장 많았다. 또한 유아 성 행동(문제) 대응 및 지도가 필요하다(100%)고 설문에 참여한 모든 교사가 답변하였다. 유아 성 행동(문제)와 대응 및 지도 관련 교사의 경험에 대한 주요 결과로는 유아 성 행동(문제)에 대한 경험이 있다는 답변(79.%)과 가정과의 상담을 통해 (20.8%) 대응 및 지도 하였다는 답변이 가장 많이 나타났다. 유아 성 행동(문제) 대응 및 지도에 대한 교사의 지원 요구 및 인식의 주요 결과로는 협력을 위한 주체가 가정(45%)이라고 가장 많이 답변하였으며, 교사교육이 매우 도움이 된다(52%)고 가장 많이 답하였다. 또한 유아 성 행동(문제) 대응 및 지도를 위한 대책으로는 유치원 환경 및 상황의 개선(31%)에 대한 요구가 가장 많이 나타났다. 결론 교사 대상 유아 성 행동(문제)과 관련한 연수가 꾸준히 이루어져 교사의 대응 및 지도 전문성을 강화해야 하며, 성교육 및 성행동(문제) 주제의 부모교육 필요성, 다양한 성 행동(문제) 사례집 발간 및 보급의 필요성, 예비교사단계에서 유아 성 행동(문제)관련 교육이 필요함을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this research, by examining the perceptions, experiences, and needs of teachers with more than 3 years of experience regarding sexual behavior in children, we understand the application status of guidelines for managing and responding to sexual behavior (problems), find ways to operate them more effectively, and provide practical sexual behavior teacher education. It is intended to be used as basic data. Methods In order to find out the awareness, experience, and needs of experienced teachers regarding children's sexual behavior, 153 teachers who participated in the ‘Early childhood education Grade 1 Teacher Training’ in Gyeonggi-do for a total of 10 days starting January 2, 2024 were surveyed through an online survey with a total of 25 questions.The survey results were analyzed by calculating frequencies and percentages using SPSS 25, and in case of duplicate questions, rankings were calculated based on response frequency. Results Regarding whether they were aware of the difference between children's sexual behavior (problem) and the sexual behavior (problem) based on the main results of recognizing dolls related to play and guidance, the majority of teachers (45%) answered that they were at an average level, and that they considered children's sexual behavior as behavior. Thinking (54%) is the most common. Additionally, all teachers responded that children's sexual behavior (problems) and guidance are needed (100%). The main results regarding the instructor's experience related to infant sexual behavior (problems) and response and guidance include responses indicating that they have experience with infant sexual behavior (problems) (79.%) and response and guidance through consultation with families (20.8%). I think it got the most answers. The most common response was that families celebrate parties (45%) as the main form of recognition and need for educational support for play and guidance of children's sexual behavior (problems), and the most common response was that education was very helpful (52%). . Additionally, the most common need was for improvements in small environments and situations (31%) that represent response and guidance to children's sexual behavior (problems). Conclusions Training related to children's sexual behavior (problems) should be continuously conducted for teachers to strengthen teachers' response and guidance expertise, the need for parent education on the topic of sex education and sexual behavior (problems), and the publication and distribution of various sexual behavior (problem) casebooks. It was suggested that education related to children's sexual behavior (problems) is needed at the pre-service teacher stage.
