국문 초록

본 연구에서는 정보보안은 사람이 핵심이며 기업의 비즈니스 연속성 보장을 위해서는 사람, 즉 내부 직원의 관리가 중요하다는 전제하에 내부직원 보안관리의 대표적 활동인 교육훈련과 제재처벌이 보안정책 준수행동에 미치는 영향과 조직구성원 개개인의 특성을 반영한 DISC 행동유형의 효과성에 대해 확인하고자 했다. 연구결과 교육훈련과 제재처벌이 보안정책 준수행동에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의한 것으로 나타나 가장 일반적이고 기본적인 보안활동의 효과성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 본 연구에서 가장 의미 있는 시도라고 판단되는DISC 행동유형은 계획된 행동이론의 선행요인과의 관계에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 인간의 행동유형이 기업 보안관리 활동에 유의한 요인임을 확인했다. 코로나로 인해 기업의 비즈니스 환경이 변화하고 기업의 보안은 점점 어려워지고 있으며 인간을 타깃으로 하는공격도 증가하고 있다. 최근에 개인 맞춤형 가전이 인기를 끌고 있는데, 기업의 보안활동도 이제는 맞춤형이 필요하다. 보안 분야에서도 개개인의 특성을 반영한 인간행동의 연구가 더 많이 필요한 이유가 여기에 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, we wanted to confirm the effectiveness of DISC behavior that reflects the impact of education, training, and sanctions, which are representative activities of internal staff security management, on security policy compliance and individual characteristics. The findings showed that the impact of education, training, and sanctions on compliance with security policies were both significant, confirming the effectiveness of the most common and basic security activities. Furthermore, the DISC behavior type, which is considered the most meaningful attempt in the study, has been shown to have a controlling effect in relation to prior factors in planned behavior theory, confirming that human behavior is a significant factor in corporate security management activities. Corona is changing the business environment of companies, making corporate security increasingly difficult, and attacks targeting humans are increasing. Recently, personalized home appliances have become popular, and corporate security activities now need to be customized. This is why more research on human behavior that reflects individual characteristics is needed in the security field.
