한국어 어휘적 피동의 규칙성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 한국어 학습자들이 어려워하는 문법 중 하나인 ‘피동사’의 규칙성을 찾아내서 학습자들이 처음접하는 동사를 ‘피동사’로 쉽게 바꿀 수 있도록 하는 데에 그 목적을 둔다. 연구 방법으로는 우선 표준국어대사전 의 데이터베이스에 있는 피동사 전체를 추출하고, 거기에서 ‘이, 히, 리, 기’를 찾아내서 범주화한다. 범주화의범위는 받침의 유무나 앞 음운의 받침을 통해서 ‘이, 히, 리, 기’의 관계를 추론하고, 추론에 필요한 고어나 북한어를 확인한다. 이러한 결과를 거쳐 추출된 피동사를 받침의 대표음화, 연음, 기식성, 유성음화, 축약 및 탈락, 동화, 이화, 언어의 변화 등의 연계성을 기준으로 범주화를 한다. 범주화된 피동사를 기준으로 피동사의 변화 규칙과 불규칙 어휘 등을 분석하였다. 음운론적으로 불규칙의 원인을 밝히기 어려운 경우에는 옛말의 형태를 찾아 추론하였다. 이렇게 얻어진 결과물을 조건화하여 한국어 교육에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 특히, 피동사가 앞음절에 따른 접사(이, 히, 리, 기)의 선택 기준을 규칙화하고, 불규칙이 되는 피동사의 특성을 찾아내고 체계화하는데 의의를 두었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to discover regularity in regular passive verbs which is one of Korean grammar that Korean language learners find difficult and to assist them to easily change new verbs into regular passive verbs.’ For the research, all regular passive verbs from database of Standard Korean Language Dictionary were extracted and then, yi, hi, li, gi were found to be categorized. As for the categorization, the relationship of yi, hi, li, gi was inferred based on final consonant sound and previous phoneme s one and then, archaic words or North Korean language were reviewed for inference. Afterwards the extracted regular passive verbs were categorized based on the connectivity with representative sound of final consonant, prolonged sound, aspirated consonant, voiced sound, abbreviation, elision, assimilation, dissimilation, and changes of language etc. Change rules of the regular passive verbs and irregular types were analyzed on the basis of categorized regular passive verbs. If it s phonologically hard to discover reasons of irregularity, it s inferred with format of archaic words. Such research findings were conditioned to seek for the way to utilize in the Korean language education. Especially, this study aims to formulate selection standard in the affix depending on previous phoneme like yi, hi, li, gi and find and systemize characteristics of irregular passive verbs.
