국문 초록

본 연구는 치료도우미견을 매개로 한 치유농업 프로그램이 농촌 지역 저소득층 아동의 정서지능에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 I시 복지관에 다니는 초등학교 고학년 11명이며 프로그램 효과를 검증하기 위해 실험집단 6명(남 4명, 여 2명)과 통제집단 5명(남 3명, 여 2명)을 선정하고 두 집단이 동질집단임을 확인하였다. 실험집단에게 동물매개치료 프로그램을 2020년 9월부터 11월까지 회기 당 60분, 주 2회씩 7주간 총 14회기를 진행하였다. 효과 검증을 위해 SPSS 20.0을 활용하여 실험집단과 통제집단에게 사전과 사후에 정서지능과 뇌파 측정(BQ test)을 실시하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 실험집단의 정서지능 전체, 정서인식, 정서조절, 정서활용에서유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 실험집단의 뇌기능 분석에서 주의지수, 정서지수, 항스트레스지수 점수는 사전보다 사후에 향상되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 치료도우미견을 매개로 한 치유농업 프로그램이 농촌 지역 저소득층 아동의 정서지능에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

In this study, we sought to investigate the effects of Therapy Dog care farming programs on the emotional intelligence of low-income children in rural areas. The subjects of the study are 11 upper grades of elementary school attending the I City Welfare Center, and 6 experimental groups (4 males and 2 females) and 5 control groups (3 males and 2 females) to verify the effectiveness of the program. Person) was selected and it was confirmed that both groups were of the same quality. Animal-assisted therapy program was given to the experimental population from September to November 2020, with a total of 14 sessions of 60 minutes, twice a week, and 7 weeks. SPSS 20.0 was used to verify the effect, and emotional intelligence and Brain Quotient Test were performed in the experimental and control groups before and after the analysis. As a result First, significant differences were shown in the overall emotional intelligence of the experimental group, emotional recognition, emotional control, and emotional utilization. Second, in the analysis of brain function of the experimental group, the scores of Attention Quotient, Emotional Quotient, and Stress Resistance Quotient improved after post-mortem than before. Therefore, it was found that the Therapy Dog care farming program of this study had a positive effect on the emotional intelligence of low-income children in rural areas.
