비대면 음악 실기수업의 교육만족에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 비대면 음악 실기수업에서 교육기관준비도, 학습자참여도가 학업만족도, 환경만족도, 교수자 만족도에 나타내는 유의성 정도를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본연구의 대상은 국내 수도권 소재 대학교 세 곳의 실용음악 전공 대학생들로서 비대면 음악수업에참여한 경험이 있는 남녀대학생 103명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 자료 수집 기간은 2020년 10월10일∼11월 10일까지이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 program을 활용하여 기술통계와 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 대학생의 학년이 높아질수록, 비대면 음악 실기수업에 대한 교육기관 준비에서 교수자의 준비가 잘 이루어질수록, 학생 참여 추천에 대한인식이 긍정적일수록 학업만족도에 정적 유의성이 나타났음이 확인되었다. 둘째, 교육기관에서의행정적인 준비가 잘 이루어질수록, 학생 참여 추천에 대한 학습자의 인식이 긍정적일수록 환경만족도에 정적 유의성을 보였다. 셋째, 교육기관의 준비에서 담당 교수자의 수업 준비가 잘 이루어질수록 교수자 만족도에 정적 유의성이 높게 나타났음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 실용음악학전공 대학생들의 실기 중심 비대면 음악수업에 적절한 양질의 교육서비스 개선을 고려한 실기수업 모형설계와 교육과정의 수립이 필요하며, 교수자와 학생들 간의 원활한 교류 및 소통을 위한블렌디드 수업 설계에 따른 운영을 제안한다.

영문 초록

This study uses descriptive research methods to understand the significance of educational institution readiness and learner participation in academic satisfaction, environmental satisfaction, and instructor satisfaction in University students non-faceto-face music classes. The participants of this study were 103 male and female University students majoring in practical music who had participated in non-face-to-face music classes at three Universities in the metropolitan area of Korea. The data collection period is from October 10 to November 10, 2020. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result of the analysis, First, the higher the grade level of University students and the better the instructor s preparation in the educational institution preparation for the non-face-to-face music practical class, the more significant the academic satisfaction was. And the greater the positive perception of student participation recommendation was linked to higher positive significance in academic satisfaction. Second, better administrative preparation in the educational institution was associated with the learner s positive perception of the recommendation for student participation and environmental satisfaction. Third, in the preparation of educational institutions, it was confirmed that the better the teacher in charge prepared for the class, the higher the positive significance was in the satisfaction of the instructor. The results of this study indicate is necessary to design a practical class model and establish a curriculum in consideration of the improvement of quality educational services suitable for practical non-face-to-face music classes of practical music students. Also, it is proposed to operate according to the blended class design for smooth exchange and communication between instructors and students.
